McCarthy Lake Vans Power & Toilet

I loved my night at Jennifer’s place. The lake is so pretty. It was like a Monet painting. It was so quiet and peaceful. A delight.

McCarthy Lake - Self Contained
Peaceful setting
Great spot so close to Maleny and very peaceful. Loved hearing the birds and feeling miles away from everything! Very easy to explore the hinterland from here. Clean and tidy facilities. Would recommend this one!!

McCarthy Lake - Self Contained
Beautiful property, close to town
Jennifer has a beautiful property. We stayed here for 2 nights in January in our camper trailer. Jennifer was a kind host who couldn’t do enough to help us. It even rained on our trip but it was still a beautiful place to stay.
PROS
- close to town
- view over the lake, which we were able to use our kayak
- very peaceful
- beautiful gardens to walk around
- lots of shady tress
- gravel space to park the camper
CONS
- while the site is very private it is close to the main house. This didn’t bother us, but good to know

McCarthy Lake - Self Contained
what a beauitful slice of peaceful paradise! Photos didn't do it justice. Beautiful garden and lake and a perfect place to take in some wildlife and relax and enjoy the serenity. Jennifer was a wonderful host and I enjoyed our chat around the firepit. This camp site is mostly suited to caravans and Rvs but Jennifer will consider small tent set ups if available. Short drive to town .Loved my short time here

Lake side camping
Our short stay at Jennifer’s place was very lovely and beautiful.
We arrived with a warm welcome and a tour of the veggie patch/chicken pen.
We set up our swag right on the lake surrounds by ducks.
Would very much recommend this stay.

McCarthy Lake - Self Contained
McCarthy Lake Camp is a hidden gem just on the outskirts of Maleny. Directions were easy to follow and Jennifer was there to greet us and settle us in. The campsite is a nice flat spot overlooking the pond. Will certainly be back. Thank you Jennifer.
