Where can I camp for free on the Central Coast?

Free camping on the Central Coast is limited, but there are some options. Most of the free camping spots are dispersed and primitive, so be prepared to follow Leave No Trace principles. Los Padres National Forest offers dispersed camping in certain areas, such as Nacimiento-Fergusson Road, which is popular for its views.
