Life is a Grand Adventure! Thanks for your interest in our family ranch! We started this project May 2021, and are having a blast learning all about raising highland cattle, lambs, goats, alpaca, and kids (human kids! -We have 5)! Our 40 acre ranch is a work in progress, so be patient as we grow! Avoid the crowds and enjoy the quiet countryside and farm life on our miniature highland cattle ranch! Bring your sense of Adventure and love of animals to our Beautiful mountain views. Outdoor activities abound! Plenty of space for trailers, boats, UTV/ATV's, etc. Enjoy some private space, not crowded in at a campground. This Private RV has AC, Heat, Hot water, and a bathroom with a shower. Private master bedroom with Comfortable Queen bed. Second bedroom sleeps up to 4 with 2 bunks and a Convertible sofa. Living room sleeps up to 4 with a convertible sofa and a dinette that converts to a bed. All linens are included. Close to it all! Centrally located in Southern Utah, with Hundreds of activities within 60 min of our front gate! 5 min from Zion National Park/Kolob canyons entrance! (The peaceful side of Zion!) Kanarra Falls (permit required), Spring Creek trailhead, and 10 min from Cedar city with any and all amenities (movie theater, grocery stores, festivals, events, hospital, etc)! Under 1 hour to Main Zion Entrance, Brian Head, Cedar Breaks, Duck Creek, Sand Hollow, Quail Creek, St. George, Tuacahn. Great jumping off point for further adventures at Bryce canyon, Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, etc! We have 2 friendly dogs on the property, Shaggy and Scooby. They love people and enjoy scratches! They are still in training, so bear with us while they learn, and please let us know if they are in the way. Enjoy our small fold of highland cattle, plus other farm animals.       We had the most incredible stay at Brandon’s property! The host and his wife, were exceptionally welcoming and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The property itself was immaculately clean and organized, which really added to the overall comfort of our stay. One of the highlights was definitely interacting with the farm animals—they were so friendly and added such unique charm to the experience. Waking up to the sounds of nature and being able to interact with them was an absolute dream. The location was peaceful and serene, ideal for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions and coming back to the tranquility of the farm each evening. Thank you, for providing such a wonderful retreat. We can't wait to come back! John & Aynn

      Private RV-Beautiful Farm Stay
      When we reserved the RV camp, we had our own apprehensions because we have never lived in one before. But, Hollie's RV has been the best highlight of our 10 day trip. She was quick to respond to our requests ( thankyou for helping us out late in the night Hollie!). The overall location was exactly as I imagined when I booked it, and when me an my friends left we missed the nights and mornings we stayed there. I for one, have made up my mind that whenever I am planning to visit Zions or other places, I would for sure look out for this place. Thanks for looking after us Hollie, and making us feel at home during our stay. Hope we would cross paths again. (P.s. Thanks for the delicious ice cream)
