This is a great property to camp on. Nice clean bathrooms, lots of activities for a family to enjoy and a very hospitable host. I highly recommend camping here

It was a beautiful spot! Campsites had power, firepits and tables. The pavilion with bathrooms and water were great, and very helpful during some rain! Kathi was super accommodating and even closed our tent windows when we were off site and it started raining. The animals, the land, the quiet was amazing!

I really enjoyed tent camping at Hiwassee Acres. The facilities were very nice and the fully functioning bathrooms were a great plus! From the pictures and description, I thought the campsite was right next to the river. Although it wasn’t right on the bank, the whole property was very nice and the electricity at each campsite was great! Definitely would stay here again

One of the best hipcamp camp spots I've stayed at. Huge property, tons of amenities. Activities included were kayaking right on the Hiwassee river, disc-golfing, hiking trails & others. Electrical outlets wired up to a lot of the campsites. The owners just built a new pavilion with several showers (with hot water). The hosts were incredibly nice and really wanted our group to have a good time. I am sure I left a lot details, but this is a very unique property. Highly recommend to anyone!
