These private RV sites are personally owned and managed by a retired couple who share a deep love for RV living. We hope you enjoy the peace, beauty, and simplicity here as much as we do. Our sites are located in a gated, private community along the Tennessee River section of Kentucky Lake — the largest man-made lake east of the Mississippi. Spanning over 160,000 acres with 2,300 miles of stunning shoreline, Kentucky Lake is a top destination for boating and fishing. The lake is well known for its abundance of largemouth and smallmouth bass, catfish, bluegill, white bass, and more. The community features a private boat launch and dock, with boat storage included in your stay. Whether you prefer to fish, kayak, paddleboard, or simply enjoy the views, you can do it all right from your site or from the nearby community water access area. Several of our sites are situated along a 4-mile-long, tree-lined cove — calm, scenic, and directly connected to the lake — making it the perfect spot for peaceful mornings and sunset paddles. Open Year-Round Whether you’re looking for summer fun or a mild winter escape, we welcome both short-term and long-term stays. Note: -Rates shown are daily. Contact us for a discount code for weekly or monthly stays. -RVs must be self-contained, as there are no public restrooms in the community. -Water levels in the cove are seasonal, as they are managed by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA).

I loved this place! Gravel pad, full hookups, WiFi, beautiful firepit and on the water! It was also very quiet and our neighbors were friendly. 15-20 minutes to town, fun hanging out at Clifton marina bar and grill! We will be back! Our host was very friendly and responsive as well!

We have been to this location twice. Once in the spring and once in the fall. Both times were just beautiful with the coloring of the leaves. It's quiet and peaceful. We will be back.

This picturesque PV lot on the river is nothing short of magical. The location boasts breathtaking views of cove and lush greenery, creating an ideal retreat to relax. It is very well maintained lot provided all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Easy access to the river offered endless recreational opportunities like kayaking and fishing, while the gentle sounds of the water and plenty wildlife sightings. Highly recommended!

Great Park and atmosphere. We stayed at a new site. All hook ups were great. Even had a food truck on site that weekend. Owner was very responsive to all emails and questions. If we travel to Clifton again we will stay there again.

The site itself was in a great location with great long-term neighbors but the lots were tiny and no water access from our site. The map was a bit off and even handmade signs would have been helpful. There was not enough space to back into the site due to the ditch and the "resort" price was not worth the amenities-- or lack thereof. Not to mention the ants were out of control and pet poop... we do not have pets.
