Bryan was already outside ( in the rain) to greet us before I even contacted him. He has great overnight sites and the electric hookup makes it nicer than many quick stops! We relaxed and were ready to hit the road again the next morning.

Such a great location: open, quiet (other than some noisy dogs), flat, spacious. Host was very pleasant, checked in on us, placed us in a more advantageous spot over near the barn, and even brought us firewood and had a nifty ignition system for it. Highly recommended, just bring a radio and roll those windows up if those neighbor’s dogs get a wild hair.

Beautiful property and views! Nice, flat lot for our pop up. Owners or someone always nearby and offered fired wood if needed. Truly lived up to its name with a really pretty evening and morning fog. A couple farm dogs were with owner, very friendly and well behaved, follows owner, not guests.

The host was very welcoming, and the property looked just like the photos show, with a peaceful farm setting and that signature morning fog. It takes about 20 minutes to get there from the main highway, which wasn’t a problem for us. The RV spots are pretty close together, and there are a significant number of long-term renters on site. Many had dogs off-leash, which might be a concern for some, although everyone we met was friendly. Overall, a unique spot.

Bryan met us when we arrived, easy to fill with water, nice open field to park in, perfect for our solar and Starlink to work. Close to Knoxville and the Smokies. We’ll be back next time we’re in the area.

Bryan was a fantastic host. Very welcoming and helpful. His pups were also very friendly.
The property was beautiful and secluded but close enough to Knoxville and Pigeon Forge that a trip wasn’t too cumbersome.
Thank you for helping to make our pre-wedding time as peaceful as possible, we can’t wait to go back.

20 miles off highway on small roads but we did fine with our 20’ tt. 6-8 sites close together. Peaceful setting away from highway.
