I would highly recommend no bigger then 36 ft in this specific site. The resort was made for smaller campers years ago and this site is on the destination (never move campers) side. We have a 40.8 5th wheel and ripped our front hydrolic leg just driving into the resort on a manhole. This is definitely a resort, and not very dispersed. But The resort was nice, everyone was friendly, the kids loved the kids pool. They held a golf cart parade for the 4th of july, had live music, and the fire station drove through.

Gatlinburg RV Lot Full Hook-ups
Site was nice and large with lots of shade, nice grill, fire pit and large patio area with picnic table. Only steps to bathhouse but we utilized the full hookups (50amp and sewer). Campground has great amenities with a very large pool that was never crowded, basketball courts, playground shuffleboard courts, a creek for the kids to play in and nice laundry facility. The kids even enjoyed the small library that was in the community center. Location is convenient to all the major Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge attractions as well as the Greenbriar area of the National Park, but situated such that you can access the campground with out going through all of the Gatlinburg traffic. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Gatlinburg RV Lot Full Hook-ups
I struggled with whether I would recommend this to a friend. The host was gracious and available and the site was great. However, the entire facility needs refreshing - with bath house renovation, new signage, and a little bit more intentional care, this would be an outstanding location. In the end if you have your own bathroom facilities on board, it is safe, secure, and worth the price. But if you're looking for something that provides bathroom amenities I would look elsewhere.
Pros:
-Site is spacious and fully outfitted.
-Grill and fire ring are both excellent.
-Host is gracious and available.
-There are many activities and amenities on site.
- Very affordable
- Residents are kind and welcoming.
Cons:
-bath house is fairly clean but in dire need of renovation. If you don't have your own bathroom facilities, you're going to be dissatisfied.
- birds have been allowed to nest around pool area so pool is full of bird droppings.
- navigation is challenging. Site map is small, old, and has hand written content which is difficult to read.

This is an ideal location to visit the Great Smokey Mountains and Gatlinburg. The facilities are wonderful because this community is all owner occupied (or rented) so there’s a lot of pride of ownership and it shows. Many owners (including this one) have landscaped their spaces and installed nice grills and fire pits etc. The laundry room is the nicest laundry facility I have ever come across in 9 months of full-timing, and the best prices! The neighbors were all especially friendly and helpful, including one who set up a guest network on his WiFi for us so that my husband could get his work done! We wished we hadn’t booked our next stays so that we could have stayed longer!
