Sort of a tight park, but the price is right and there are lots of amenities. The site we had (113) was in a low spot but we were able to level up in our motorhome Tiffin Allegro Open Road TGA (35ft long) with no problems.

Things to do for kids in summer, There seems to be mostly retired people here. The upkeep of the park is very nice. Close to Gatlinburg but not to close. Electric, water and cable are to the back of the site. Fire ring has a grill attachment. All in all a nice site.

Great little spot conveniently located between two entry points to the national park. Lovely little area for anyone looking to relax with kiddos by the pool, play putt-putt golf or just hang out and relax at the site. While our visit was primarily to go hiking, the grounds were very clean and dog friendly. The owner was prompt to answer questions and even allowed us to stay an additional night last minute. Very clean and updated bathrooms!

While Mother Nature decided to rain most of the days we were there unfortunately, we still enjoyed our stay. The RV hookups were readily available and the site was very easy to level ... didn't need any leveling equipment. Only suggestion would be to control a few weeds around the hookups but not sure it's the owner's or HOA's responsibility. We'd definitely rent again and thank the owner for allowing us to rent.

We loved the clean Rv site #113 with trees surrounding it. Wi-fi was excellent as Ricky provided the ssid and password. The park itself was accommodating with laundry and a mini golf area. Would return to this site in a heartbeat! Thank you Ricky!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our night at Crow’s Landing. It was very peaceful and a nice level spot for our camper van. The people in the neighborhood were very friendly and the washrooms were well-maintained and clean.

Ricky’s place was wonderful. It’s nice and quiet. Is a bit from town so if you’re wanting that I wouldn’t recommend that. We loved the quietness to it and the drive is stunning to get out there. Very friendly neighbors and easy to access the laundry facility and bathrooms. We had a great stay.

What a great location and quiet park with fun amenities. We spent Sunday-Thursday here. Had wonderful trips into Gatlinburg, The Great Smokey Mountains and The Builtmore. The family enjoyed the pool and couple of disc golf baskets. We used the shower rooms every night. Although older, the facilities were clean, and I greatly appreciated the wonderful handicap stall and chair. Although we didn't spend much time at the site, it was super quite when we were there and there was plenty of room for our travel trailer. The sun would rise into our camper's back window and then the trees would help provide a good amount of shade. The only thing we didn't like was the huge tar bump getting in and out of the site. We would highly recommend this site and the excellent communication from Ricky before our stay and the ease of checking in, etc. Thanks!

OUTSTANDING campground! Lots of activities to do at the campground and endless fun in area. Wonderful pool and hands down the cleanest bathroom/shower-house I’ve ever seen!

It was a nice, quiet and safe place to camp close to Gatlinburg during the Memorial Day weekend. Site was clean and easy to get into with our 27’ travel trailer. The site even had its own WiFi hotspot, which was much better than the campground WiFi. The campground was secured with a password restricted gate. Camp restroom facilities were adequate but not luxurious. From my understanding all sites are privately owned and available to rent thru several camping apps. Good place to relax in the Smokies.

Great spot in a very pretty and quiet park. Laundry and all the facilities you need there. Everybody seemed very friendly. Spot is a LITTLE tight of a curve for larger 5th wheels on the back in, but doable and since most of the people there are stationary, you don't really have to worry about blocking vehicles while you take your time getting it right. Internet was fast enough, front desk was quick and easy, no problems. Would definitely stay again

Very quiet, private, and relatively spacious. We stayed here 4 nights with a 33’TT. After seeing the other campgrounds in the area, we definitely felt like we found a gem. Bathhouse was very close for the kids with paved walking path right to it. Trees and bushes made site feel very wooded.
Lots of SMNP adventures within 20-40min drive.

Class A RV 33 ft. Lot was flat enough for this size. They have a personal router on the lot, so internet worked well. This in in an rv park with individually owned lots. Neighbors are friendly and approachable. We were there for a week in March and we found the rate reasonable. Ricky responded to all my questions very quickly. I would stay there again.
