After contacting the host after not receiving the code needed to enter the grounds, she was very communicative and nice. The actual grounds, however, were very disappointing. It appeared that nothing had been maintained for approximately a year. The grass in areas were over a foot tall, signs were broken or on the ground, and there were rundown vehicles in “sites” near the bathroom. The pictures do not accurately depict the condition of this campground. Unfortunately, we drove in, spent approximately 30 minutes in honest attempts to try to stay a night, however, we decided to turn around, take the lost cost of two reserved nights, and rented an AirBnB. Again, the lady we talked with on the phone was very helpful and nice, I just hope she is aware of the condition the grounds are in.
