We provide lawn chairs and a beautiful field where deer, turkeys, and even eagles often make an appearance. We also have a pair of Owls who often visit .Our peaceful backyard setting includes an outdoor fire pit . with hiking trails and a river just nearby. We have a portable toilet on site that has its own privacy tent Should bring own flashlights or lanterns .this spring we will have six separate wooded sites.we hope that you return. We provide Fresh drinking water available on site. You’ll also find covered bridges in the area, including the longest covered bridge in the USA, located only about 5 miles away ,perfect for sightseeing and exploring. For those that like to visit covered bridges we have many to see in a 10 mile area.For outdoor enthusiasts, Mount Ascutney offers excellent trails and breathtaking views, with additional hiking trails just 300 feet from the property.They will be other sites next to yours close by I’ve picked 6 sites on my property and spaced them out for privacy. Unlikely we will have six guests at once but if we do be respectful of each others privacy and space. (Tents/hanmocks only ) no rvs or camper vans .
