We are currently enhancing our facilities by installing a fence to separate the mobile home area from the RV section, ensuring privacy and a more organized space. Additionally, we are remodeling our laundry room and bathrooms to provide a more comfortable experience for all guests. Our sites are equipped with both 30 and 50 amp services, catering to various RV needs, and we also offer tent camping sites for those who prefer a more rustic experience. Long-term RV site rentals are available, along with a selection of efficiency apartment units and full-size mobile homes for rent. The rental fee includes essential services such as water, sewer, trash removal, and snow removal, while tenants are responsible for their gas and electric bills. Renters are required to have renters insurance for added peace of mind. At Riverview, we strive to create a community that offers both comfort and convenience, making it an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking a peaceful retreat.
