Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.
Enjoy the perfect maine camping experience on this peaceful 3 acre lot located approximately 500 feet from beautiful Orange Lake's boat launch. Bring your canoe, kayak or small motor boat for the best bass fishing in the area, or enjoy exploring the beauty of the Orange River Heritage Preserve. If hiking is your passion, you can exlore dozens of Bold Coast Trails only minutes from the camp site. Acadia National Park, scenic Schoodic Point, and Bar Harbor are only about an hours drive. After a day of exploring Maine's natural beauty, return to the campsite for a meal around the campfire and picnic table and prepare for an evenings rest in a nostalgic 1972 Airstream Outlander Land Yacht camper. Universally known for its iconic classic style. This Airstream has been tastefully renovated to accommodate one full size bed and one twin size bed. Please remember to bring your own bedding or sleeping bag and drinking water. Be prepared to use a clean privy located right next to the Airstream. Electricity is included, as well as an electric heater for those chilly nights as well as an air conditioner. A fire pit and grill you can cook on is on site. We also provide an outdoor foot pump water sink. Have a large camper to park for the night?
