Wildflower Woods Edge
Pretty but not dog friendly
I don’t recommend coming here if you have dogs. There is one dog who is free to run and will come right up to the edge of your camping area (underground fence) and bark and bark. There was a guest dog there that could run past that and barked at us as well. Meanwhile our dog was meant to be well-behaved and on a leash which he was but dogs will be dogs and therefore he barked as well and of course it was an unfair advantage as our dog was leashed and they were not. The hosts said they would keep their dog inside but quite unhappily. It was my impression that they wanted to do what they wanted to do (let their dog out and bark at us/our dog) as it was their home despite the fact that we were paying guests.
If you don’t have dogs, it’s a beautiful property and mostly peaceful. There is a race track nearby but that didn’t bother us too much. We saw fawns and deer. The wildflowers are beautiful.

Easy access, beautiful well-groomed green grounds, loved that the host brought me my eggs in the pouring rain and recommended I move to higher ground campsite due to the relentless rain. Loved the pond with the lights on it, wish the sun was shining so I could have had a fire.

Wildflower Woods Edge
What a beautiful property. We only stayed one night but we had a nice relaxing stay. We lit a fire and just hung out for the night. The ambiance at night is very nice.

Beautiful place to rest our heads for the night.
The trails were nice to stretch ours and our dogs legs. Waking up to beautiful wildflowers and pond could not have been better.
Gail welcomed us and showed us to the site and could not have been a better host during our stay.
