You will be awed by nature the minute you arrive, greeted by acres of lush rolling hills, pine trees, and almost 3 acres of water where gentle waves splash against the large sandy beach. The sunsets at this property are breathtaking. As you enjoy the evening beauty, take a stroll on the neatly manicured nature trails through the back side of the wooded property—you’re sure to spot wildlife. The gas firepit on the stamped concrete patio near the water has six Adirondack chairs for lounging, with solar lights flickering across the campsite. Or build a roaring fire in the large firepit, surrounded by benches with plenty of seating. Kids will love all the toys! The cabin has a sofa for lounging, and a rustic outhouse is located across the bridge. A 12x25 cement area offers plenty of seating for all. A refrigerator and extra chairs are available inside the rustic grain bin—a perfect spot to store your food. Multiple slides, a zipline, canoes, a paddleboat, and sand toys for the kids are all included. A gas generator is also available. There is a hand pump for washing up, though it is not recommended for drinking.Tents can be pitched at the spot of you choice, we ask you stay 50ft away from the water. Porta potty across bridge

Great mini vacation 👌 bed in cabin was super comfy and kiddos loved camping in the tent beside the pond. Great hiking trails, seen lots of deer and wildlife. Beach area would be amazing for warmer days. Kiddos didn't want to leave! Will be back
