10 acres 10 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park JUST far enough off the beaten path to escape the light and sound pollution from the city in historic and mystical Wonder Valley. Enjoy the local art and music scene as well as one of the most unique and awe inspiring landscapes in America. Our desert sunsets alone are worth a trip from anywhere in the world.

    Site 5 - The Wonder Valley Oasis
    The host has never communicated with me. The site is not maintained. I found it based on description in a review. There was a pile of burned out trucks and appliances and garbage. I stayed there anyway, but I don't know if I was squatting or not.

    A Nice Quiet Stay..

    Site 1 entrance left alone
    This land sits just south of Mesa Street on the West side of Marks street. It was a little concerning getting there at first, but Nicole was amazing at responding to texts. When we arrived, we noticed there was no designated sites, and that you kind of choose your own spot. There was plenty of space to keep a nice private distance from other campers. It was a bit rocky in certain areas, but also some nice sandy flats to build a fire pit (bring shovel) Nicole, stopped by to welcome everyone, provide a store run, and other amenities. A nice quiet stay, for a quick escape. Thank you Nicole for sharing!
