Quiet RV spot located on private 5 acres surrounded by small farms and dozens of wineries. Water hookup, 50 amp hookup, and septic tank available. Enjoy hot air balloons first thing in the morning from the comfort of the site. (weather dependent) Minutes away from the wineries but far enough away from the city lights and noise. Great place for quiet evenings, warm fires, secluded ambience and star gazing. Right around the corner from Lake Skinner which has various festivals and events, boating rental, fishing activities allowed, hiking, and lots of nature watching. Open to discounted long term stays. Please message with any questions or dates needed.Park and stay in your RV or camp under the stars. Property is mostly dirt lot but easily accessible from the main road and derivable with 2WD. Main home is on the lot but Spot has plenty of privacy and campers will not be bothered. If in your RV, septic hookup is available. Coyotes howling around the area at night but we have never been bothered by them. Plenty of horse ranches around so from time to time you may see some riders in the area. Please note: AT&T cell service is great but other carriers have had little to no service. WiFi is accessible for cellphones but no guarantees on how well signal will work for you in particular.

Park and stay in your RV or camp under the stars. Property is mostly dirt lot but easily accessible from the main road and derivable with 2WD. Main home is on the lot but Spot has plenty of privacy and campers will not be bothered. If in your RV, septic hookup is available. Coyotes howling around the area at night but we have never been bothered by them. Plenty of horse ranches around so from time to time you may see some riders in the area. Please note: AT&T cell service is great but other carriers have had little to no service. WiFi is accessible for cellphones but no guarantees on how well signal will work for you in particular.

Nadiya- was extremely helpful and accomodating. The site was great, quiet. All the amenities were available as decribed. Location is great and near all the Wineries. Lake skinner is less than 20 minutes away. We had a great time I would stay here again when visting Temecula.

This quiet, stargazing place is excellent. First time RVers and this was an amazing experience. Because of the privacy, we were able to explore our RV without the pressure of parking, hooking up, unhitching, etc. The hosts are great, helpful and allow you to enjoy your stay. Enjoy your stay, we did. Thank you!

We came in late at night. They greeted us down the road to guide us in in the dark. They stayed with us to help set up make sure everything was okay. They welcomed our crazy dog and made all of us feel right at home. They have given us our privacy yet checked in to make sure everything is all okay.
