Purely His Farm at River's Edge
We stopped at Purely His Farm on our way home from OR. Wished we had stayed longer, the campsite was peaceful - we enjoyed our evening by the fire, listening to the sound of the river. Friendly hosts, thanks for the yummy eggs!

We enjoyed an idyllic stay at this oasis on the Klamath. Fished and caught a teeny steelhead, but mostly sat back and enjoyed watching the river roll by.

Best camping spot EVER....
Sleep right next to the river, under shade trees, fishing, kayaking; there is electricity for our needed cpaps. We camped in the back of our truck (filled with pillows!) under the stars...no need to pitch a tent. Mimimal highway noise, which has been a real problem camping elsewhere. We saw several blue herons, ducks, and other birds. And we were blessed with the entertainment of Michelle's farm animals that would occasionally come to the fence to greet us!

This place is amazing🎉 The site is well maintained. Clean & Safe.
Listening to the river is very relaxing and they have a dipping place in the river where it is safe from the current.
Best place to take a break and take a moment to breathe away from work and our busy life.
We also would like to thank our host, they will make sure that you are safe during your stay. Thank you for sharing a piece of heaven. Definitely It was one of our best trip we had. We will be back👫🏻

We had a wonderful time. I loved it and so did my daughter, grandson, and dog. We had the whole place to ourselves, probably because it was late summer and most kids were back in school. The host were great, very friendly, making sure we had every thing we needed for a happy stay. I would highly recommend this campsite.

This was my first hipcamp experience and it was awesome! Such a pretty piece of land, even better in person. We had the place to ourselves so we were able to pick anywhere to set up camp which was awesome. The river is beautiful and perfect for soaking in and teaming with fish. The goats were so sweet too.

Absolutely what my wife and I were looking for! This was our first trip with our new teardrop camper so we wanted a place that was both close(ish) and easy to access but without sacrificing on scenery and amenities. Beautiful riverfront access with perfect swimming spots right in front of every spot, nice large campfire pits, plenty of shade, super quiet, electric hookups, and well maintained porta potty’s that are kept far enough away but also perfectly close enough to walk to. The owners are super nice and for an extra small charge they can provide eggs, wood, and even ice if you need any during your stay. Very well maintained property and very organized setup. Signs direct you to each spot which is very nice. Each spot is fairly large and gives you the option to park your RV/camper or plant your tent in all kinds of ways. We chose to park our camper with the side door directly facing the river (the side of the camper that my wife sleeps on so she could hear the river the best). We will definitely be returning. This was our first time using Hip Camp and talk about the best first experience! We couldn’t have asked for any better of a trip.

Beautiful setting on a mini farm in the Klamath River Valley near the I-5. Bring extra water and a drop cloth for the stickers in the field. Make sure you have a license so you can fish for salmon in the river.

Beautiful spot on the Klamath River and wonderful hosts! We spent two nights at Purely His Farm on our maiden trip with our new RV. it was peaceful and wonderful to sit by the River and hear the rushing water at night. We had a lovely spot under a big tree (#2) with plenty of space between us and the other campers. Michelle and Matt were very friendly and welcoming. Matt helped us out with our kayaks and gave us good advice. Note that although the River looks calm in many spots, it is fast moving and was a challenge for us novice kayakers. I would highly recommend this Hipcamp and hope to return again the next time we venture north!

We were only here for one quick night on our way up to Bend but this little property is a dream! Beautiful river front….couple of spaces but all far enough apart for some quiet and privacy and the owners were sweet, friendly and run a great little operation !
Follow their directions and you absolutely don’t have cell service like they say so plan accordingly….cannot wait to come stay again!

Our first HipCamp experience was awesome. Michelle was an awesome host and her accommodations were exactly the peaceful, low-key, relaxing overnighter we were looking for. There are 4 separate sites, and as of July 2021, all 4 are riverfront. Each site has a picnic table, and a rock firepit, as well as access to shared power, and each site has shade. There is river access along each of the 4 sites, but if you want to get in the water, I’d recommend staying closer to site #1 (we were in site #4, which had a gorgeous view but there was stagnant water there that one would not want to swim in). Michelle showed us another area on the property that guests are welcome to use that offers the best river access if we were wanting to get in. We have a small RV and had no trouble getting into or out of the property, but I could see it being a bit trickier for larger RV’s. Such an amazing experience. Thanks Michelle at Purely His. Our conversation was a gift and we love the Work that is being done at your HipCamp. :)

I actually pulled in after a long drive from Lower Lake CA. I've been camping before that for over a week. I was under the impression that this was a little more secluded but found it was a stones throw to the owners home. The spot I picked (site #1) was directly in the sun with no shelter. I waited to see if the owner would come out so I could ask about changing spots but I didn't see anybody and there was no cell service so I left. I'm sure it's a great place to camp being right on the water and all but the lack of privacy and seclusion wasn't for me.

Serene and peaceful place in a perfect location by the lake. We took camp site 3 and it was perfect (they just added a few sites so the numbering is pretty new - I'd recommend site 2 or 3). There was a rock pool right in front of the campsite where we can chill on the river, picnic table, and trees where we set up our hammock. We only stayed for a night but wished we would've stayed for more. Highly recommended.

We loved the unusual place. We got hydromassage in the river. We admired the beautiful and well-groomed animals. We listened to the song of rooster. The birds here are very different. Dragonfiles and butterflies are beautiful here.

I was passing by on my road trip to California and decided to camp overnight with my dog, Riley. Michelle and her husband were welcoming. They came down to greet me and made sure I had everything I needed.
Arriving at the farm was a breeze, easy directions provided by host. Nice area right in front of the river. During my stay I met all the other campers and had some pretty great conversations. It was so nice getting to know people again after such a hard year with covid. Riley also had a blast running around the farm with the other dogs there.
It was a quick but fun trip!

This private campsite is large, peaceful, gorgeous, filled with animals, and had amazing hosts! The campsites are each very large and the portable restroom was very clean and well stocked at all times with toilet paper and hand sanitizer. The hosts were exceptionally easy to work with, did not intrude, but were available if you needed them for wood, ice, eggs, or had any questions. They were really very lovely!

It’s a great place to get away from it all. Host are very attentive and friendly. I was a bit confused about why the BIG farm animals were roaming freely and when they started to get too close, there other campers were putting them in the gate. One kid kind of made an aggressive move and the cow somewhat bucked back. I had kids under 10 so I was a bit concerned for their safety on that part. Everything worked out fine and the site looks like it is landscaped regularly. Lots of bugs. The next day my wife found a tick chowing down on my lower back. Swimming areas were great for a morning and evening dip. Overall no complaints, the ticks and sometimes animals come with the territory.

The farm was a wonderful campground and Michelle was a terrific host. We got here last-minute for a Memorial Day trip, and the nearby Tree of Heaven campground was full. This place ended up being a far better stay anyway, with more sun, direct river access, and a lot more space per campsite.
The animals are wonderful to wake up to, and it's nice to fall asleep to the sound of the river right next to us.
Minor downside is that there's a lot of geese or other animal poop all over the grass. It wasn't a big deal, just had to find a relatively clean spot to set up the tent.
Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! It was so lovely to be right on the river. We brought our rafts and kayaks and had a lovely day floating right to camp.
Michelle was a very thoughtful host, and it was so convenient to be able to buy bags of ice from her to refill our coolers. A very special spot!
