Bay View RV Sites

Full Hookups (water/electric/sewer), Dirt/Asphalt. The Bayview sites are along the southern perimeter of our park, along the west side of the park, overlooking the Wildlife Sanctuary. These sites have full hook-ups. These sites give our guests view of the bay from their site, but not direct access to the beach. Full Hookups (water/electric/sewer). These sites offer incredible views of Mission Bay overlooking the Kendall Frost wildlife sanctuary, but no direct beach access. Located in sections I, G, H, F and E. Most sites include a fire pit except for I section which offers grass. All sites include a picnic table.

Distinguished RV Sites

Full Hookup (water/electric/sewer). Distinguished sites are situated in several highly desirable sections of the resort, including F and H (near Dog Wood park, our off-leash free dog park), J row (sites 2-14) neighboring Central Park, K row (sites 2-10), with asphalt pull-thrus, and O section sites 1, 2 and 3. Full Hookups (water/electric/sewer), Dirt/Asphalt/Grass. These will be the half of “K” and “J” rows, closer to the beach, and some sites in the “H” section.

Limited RV & Tent Sites

Partial hookup sites (water, electric - no sewer hookups). Perfect for tent camping or RV’s that don’t require sewer hookup. Close to the Pool/Spa and Huff & Puff Park (playground), some sites are shaded by Campland's lovely trees. All Limited Sites include a fire pit. Some, but not all, have a grassy common area nearby. Dump stations are conveniently located nearby in Section A and Section F. Water/Electric Only (NO Sewer Hookup), Dirt/Asphalt/Grass They are located in sections “A”, most of “B”, “C”, “D”, and part of the “G” section. These sites do provide more shade than most other sites in the park.

Preferred RV Sites

Full Hookups (water/electric/sewer). Located throughout the resort, our Preferred sites are aptly named as the site type of choice for many campers. B & G Sections are near the pool/spa complex, I section is conveniently located in the center of the resort, J and K Sections neighbor Central Park, Q Row features gorgeous views of Rose Creek, and the last row of O section offers easy access to the Dog Walk. All Preferred sites include a picnic table, and most include a fire pit with the exception of I, K, Q and the back of O. Full Hookups (water/electric/sewer), Dirt/Asphalt/Grass. They are the half of “K” and “J” rows further from the beach, the “I” section close to the Cantina and Central Park, parts of the “B” and “G” rows with full hook-ups along “Amphitheater Park”, “F” and “H” along “Riding Hood Wood Park”, most of the “Q” row along Rose Creek and "O" row furthest from the beach.

Select RV Sites

Full Hookups (water/electric/sewer). These popular sites offer tremendous value and are located only 2 to 10 sites away from the beach and bay, Select Sites are in sections L, M, N and O. All Select Sites include a picnic table and a fire pit. Full Hookups (water/electric/sewer), Dirt/Asphalt/Grass. Standard RV Sites

Full Hookups (water/electric/sewer), Dirt/Asphalt These sites give the guest the basic full hook-ups needed, and are located in “E” and “F”, and the back half of “L”, “M”, “N”, most of “O” sections. Full Hookups (water/electric/sewer). These are the most affordable of our full hookup sites. Located on the sunny East side of resort (Standard Sections L, M, N and O). Sites have fire pits. Standard East sites are anywhere from 11 to 20 sites away from the beach and include a fire pit. Full Hookups (water/electric/sewer). These are the most affordable of our full hookup sites as well. Located on the lush West side of the resort (Standard Sections E & F). Sandard West sites include a fire pit and a picnic table.

Super Site

We offer one amazing super site - your own enclave within the resort. The supersite includes a large gated site with your own hot tub, fire pit, outdoor BBQ and sink, shower, bathroom, and laundry. Check out our super site located along the waterfront overlooking the Kendall Frost Marsh Reserve. Enclosed enclave surrounded on three sides by a six-foot wooden fence. The backside of the site has a four-foot chain link fence between the boundary of the site and the Wildlife Sanctuary, allowing the guest to have a secluded view of the bay. Within the site, there is a private Jacuzzi, a gas BBQ, personal Laundry facilities (washer and dryer), a small grass area, a sandy beach-like area with Adirondack chairs, a firepit, and a gazebo. This is all included with the nightly fees of the site. The largest rig that can fit in this site is 36’ maximum. The guest may nose into the site, or back up into it, since full hookups are available on both sides of the pad within the site.

Beach Front RV Sites

Full Hookup (water/electric/sewer). Just steps away from the sandy shores of Mission Bay! These sites are either on the water in the P section along Pelican Crescent or across the street from the beach along Wildlife Friendly Lane. Sites J01, K01, L01, L38 M36, N01 & N32 have fire pit/grill top. Prime location! P01 through P07 have the best unobstructed view of the water from the top of a bluff on Pelican Crescent. Full Hookups (water/electric/sewer), Asphalt Only. The Beachfront sites are located directly across the street from the beach.

Dry RV Sites

Non-hookups sites. These sites are all asphalt, located in I section 30 to 38. Each site includes a picnic table but NO fire pit, offering easy access to the beach and marina. No Water/Electric (No Sewer Hookup), Asphalt only, no generators before 8am or after 10pm. These sites are located behind the Marina sites in front of the beach and Launch Ramp. These sites have no hook-ups, and do not allow tents. They are all asphalt and have no vegetation.

Marina RV Sites

No Water/Electric (No Sewer Hookup), Asphalt only, no generators before 8am or after 10pm. These sites are located in front of the beach and Launch Ramp. These sites have no hook-ups, and do not allow tents. They are all asphalt and have no vegetation. Non-hookups sites. Located directly across from Boat Launch and Marina with close access to the beach. These sites are all asphalt, located in I section 39 to 47. Each site includes a picnic table but NO fire pit.
