The 5 Acre homestead property is off-grid and a great healing environment. fairly easy entry into the property while still being away from Neighbors. There will be starlink connection provided for an extra fee. Backs to National Forest property about 8 miles from Bowman Lake and about 4 Miles from Malakoff Diggins State Park there is one of the best views in Nevada County 4 MI from the property on your way into buckthorn ridge. We have one of the best natural springs 1 mile from Buckthorn Ridge, to get all your amazing clean drinking water needed. Double sided Ridge view point with an amazing sunset view and view overall At the turn off for the dirt road leading up to Buckthorn. There is a communal kitchen in the main garden area where the host lives by in his 40 foot off grid bus. Would be a great Retreat and Camp spot for someone who is into off-road exploration, Mountain Lakes, or just being with the nature in a calm peaceful environment and not being around any city or Neighbors, just beautiful mountain scenery with lots of exploring to do.Site is located on the opposite end of the property from the host that is flat and has your own 1 acre campsite that you are free to use however you'd like and there is a shared kitchen and Outhouse bathroom in the main area of the property.
