Great property
Great spot. We tent camped here for a night and they had perfect spots to set it up. They have a water supply and extension cord. It's a very nice property, peaceful, and a huge fire pit. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Nice spot to stay
A good place to stay overnight on our way north from New Orleans to the Smoky Mountains. Safe, solid, flat, gravel spot for our camper van with water and electric hookups. Good view of a little pond, ringed by trees. Easy to find using Apple Maps. Real nice little overnight spot for us. Nice host, too!

Great spot!
Great property! Very quiet and secluded yet close to everything!! Cynthia and Chris are wonderful hosts and we had a great stay in our travel trailer. The fire pit was very nice and the pool quite refreshing! Will stay again when in the area!

We had a great time with our 7 year old camping for the first time! He caught at least 20 fish in the pond! Definitely will be back! He hasn’t stopped talking about since we left.

Cynthia's land is so beautiful and not far from the interstate, which was a plus for me since I was car camping with my dog on the way to Pensacola. We arrived after dark, finding our spot and the house was super easy. Cynthia gave very clear instructions. The property was well lit, but also very cozy and inviting. We walked around a bit in the am before we headed out for a hike. It was so peaceful and I felt super safe. I would def love to camp again in the future!

Lovely campsite!
What a beautiful spot! My daughter and her family joined us for fishing, exploring and dinner. It was a terrific first time camping! I will be back! Very kind host and hostess!

Water views!
Beautiful site! Creek, lake, little waterfall, lots of yard space. Our dogs loved it. We left so relaxed.
Cynthia went above and beyond to accommodate us. She set out a bigger table so we could work from the site, set out a light so we weren't setting up camp in the dark, and got the restroom opened for us early in the morning out of (winter) season.
If you are in a pop up, without a restroom, note the bathroom is a little ways a way. It is also attached to the house, so you don't want to use in the middle of night or too early in the morning. Other than that, rv site had everything!

Wonderful little lake.
This place is beautiful and so close to everything in Birmingham. Loved having the privacy and own little lake. It's the best. We will stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect!
This is our second time staying here. It is perfect for us since it is relatively close to our son's house and the property is beautiful and peaceful! We stayed in our RV on the spot beside the barn with electric and water hookups. Cynthia communicated very quickly whenever we sent a text to her. We plan to come back soon.

It was a great spot to tent camp! We were close to the sites we wanted to see in Birmingham, but the land is wooded and lovely, so the best of both worlds. We saw deer and a blue heron, found friendly water snakes and frogs. The kids loved the pools, and the adults loved the shower! We will definitely be back!

The landscape at Cynthia’s is beautiful, and she is a ver accommodating and helpful host. Lots of nice spots to set up a tent. Plus access to outdoor shower, toilet, water hose, and electricity. I highly recommend this stay.

Private and relaxing
Perfect spot to spend the weekend. Nice and quiet and very private. Much better than a campground. Easy in and out and the electric and water hookups were great. Great place for anyone with dogs. Will definitely stay again when in Birmingham.

Absolutely perfect camp site. The property is very well maintained and very peaceful. We only wish we had more time (and that Mother Nature was kinder) during our stay. There is a beautiful creek, pool, pond and electric and water hookups available. We will stop on our next trip through and will stay more than one night!

I need to preface this by saying I didn’t get to utilize all of the beautiful amenities they offer bc I had an emergency and had to leave early in the morning. I can say that it was easy to get to and perfect location. It’s near enough to Birmingham that you can spend time in the city and then camp. It was quiet and looked like a lovely place at night time. I hope to return when I can actually stay a full day.

Quiet and private
I had a pleasant camping experience, although I arrived after dark and left early the next morning. My only issue was that there is outdated information in the listing and in my instructions. No RV is present. There was potable water, a toilet, and a shower available. I thought these would be close to the campsite (in the RV) but they were uphill and a small distance to walk at night time on uneven ground. I appreciate the Host taking time to meet me, show me the bathroom and their offer to let me sleep in the barn if any inclement weather.

Great site, friendly hosts
We spent three days with at this site. Cynthia and her family were kind and attentive hosts, and the property is quiet, beautiful, and relaxing. At night, you can hear peeper frogs in the nearby pond, and the pool (which the owners are happy to let campers make use of) is one of those rare-gem amenities that sets this campsite apart. We will definitely try to book here again if we are ever in the area.

Our second stay here (on our return trip from Destin) was just as wonderful as the way down! Our doggies just love to play around off leash in such a safe environment. Would happily stay here again1
