Family-friendly
Recent Hipcampers say this Hipcamp is great for families and kids.
Crystal Creek Campsite is a large camp area with private access to the creek. Large area with plenty of shade. Dog friendly (on a lead).  Campers must be self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and take all waste with them. Our current facilities are unable to be regularly cleaned so will be closed to guests. Campers MUST provide car registration details at time of booking. This is a privately run camp (Operated by Mungulla Station). It is not part of the National Park. Close walk to natural swimming pools which are absolutely picturesque. We offer large shady spots with a few BBQ's, fire pits and amenities. Plenty of fishing and swimming to enjoy. Amenities include hot showers (10 MINS ONLY PLEASE). Access to campsite passes our school so please drive very slowly if your accessing campsite during school hours. Children under 6 stay for free. Do not include them at time of booking. DUE TO CORONAVIRUS PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER Please read all information, rule and directions (provided once you have a confirmed booking) carefully before contacting your host. We have done out best to provide all the information for you so messages should not be required.

Crystal Creek Campsite- Powered
Not as advertised
This campsite is not as advertised. Powered sites are actually on the road front and no good for people with dogs. The space to camp for powered and non powered is tiny and smaller than a school oval. The showers didn’t work and the water was a trickle. We ended up leaving after an hour. Others who had camped there one night had said the same and were leaving. Would not camp here

Crystal Creek Campsite- Unpowered
Been let run down too much
Grass needs to be cut more regularly & whipper snip like the old caretaker used too. It's a pity this place has become so run down. They need a caretaker at front entrance to stop people & freeholders using the facilities which is contributing to the mess in the toilet block. Very disappointing & will not go there any more

Lovely shady campground with an amenities block but sadly this doesn't get a clean or repairs.

Was a nice space and we were the only ones there for most of the time. Creek was amazing and crystal clear. Loved that it was nice and close to explore the other parts of crystal Creek and Wallaman Falls

Amazing!
Amazing spot. Great for the dogs too. Loo block was a bit grubby but still an upgrade from a bush loo!! Hot showers were amazing!

Beautiful area, creek was amazing, facilities are neglected. If facilities were maintained, would be the best place ever
