Boondocks
Best spot in NSW, not to be missed.
What an absolute magic red dirt spot. The secluded camp area was just that, secluded. The red dirt for as far as the eye can see is exactly why you visit incredible places like this. Amenities were stunning and showering under the stars was something I will always remember. The host Jenn was exceptional and the communication easy and very well set out what was expected. Staying on a working property, there are rules and they need to be abided by but they’re pretty simple rules. If you open it, shut it, if it’s open, leave it open. Gates are as simple as the beautiful experience and landscape of this wonderful place. Can we go back already?? Thanks Jenn, you have an incredible piece of this country and thank you for sharing it with travellers.

Excellent
Booking was so simple. Instructions to site on point. Jen kept us well informed of everything that was happening.
We had a great night of peace and star watching. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a break from the hustle and bustle of daily living.

Stunning sunsets in the bush.
This was a wonderful isolated camping site which had beautiful bushland surrounding it, we felt like we were all on our own.
Jen had provided timber for the fire at a small cost which we found more then adequate didn't managed to use it all. We had no problem on check in even though we were a little after hours Jen called to check that we found our way in and everything was Okay.
We recommend this camp site highly.

Shits Creek
Great spot! Total seclusion.
Thanks Jenn, we really enjoyed our stay, very secluded spot at Shits creek. We enjoyed being totally secluded. Really appreciated the little touches like having a big fire pit, wood and comfy chairs waiting for us upon arrival. We didn't use the toilets or showers as we had our own, but checked them out on our way out and they actually looked very clean and inviting - despite the quirky outside appearance. Would love to stay again when we are next headed out to Cobar. Should have stayed at least 2 nights.
