Lots of room in a peaceful environment while not too far from town. Very handy location for cyclists. Beautiful horses add to the scenic spot. Very friendly host.

Beautiful, peaceful setting, lovely view from the kitchen area. We enjoyed seeing/hearing the cows and sheep and some wild deer that wandered through. Bonus was hearing the coyotes singing at night. The common area kitchen area was set up very nicely. We enjoyed sitting at the picnic table playing games and having our meal there. Deanne generously let us stay in the yurt at site 5, though we had only reserved for a tent site.
The campground is still a little rough around the edges, however. That’s understandable since this is their first year. They are still installing a horseshoe pitch and doing more landscaping. Right now it is not so great for tenting — no grassy spots to pitch a tent. And the common area is just bare dirt ground. But I’m sure it will be all nicely set up for next season. I would recommend this place.

This is a clean, quiet, specious, and grassy site. I RV full time and this is one of the best sites I've visited. It has the full services of an RV park without all the noise and cramped quarters. Sean is also a great host who will make sure you're taken care of. Next time I'm in Vernon, I'll be sure to check if Sean's site is available before visiting.

Great set up with covered outdoor kitchen space. Each site was private and surrounded by trees. The view from the communal space was stunning. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved it here. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The host Deanne was so accommodating, even brought the donkey up to meet the kids. There is the most beautiful over look, when you have a campfire you can see the whole farm. We are looking forward to coming back!!
