East Florence Cabin is perfect for your rustic Alaskan adventure! This small, remote cabin is surrounded by a thick vegetated understory, just steps from Florence Lake. A small fishing boat and oars are provided for you at the cabin, so take advantage! Cast a line in the lake and try your luck at reeling in rainbow trout, dolly varden, and northern pike. Look up and you'll probably spot bald eagle high in the treetops. Visitors can also hike the primitive 1.2-mile trail from the cabin to a saltwater beach, where you can find bottles, shells, and Japanese fishing floats left behind by the tide. Treasure hunt!
