1/2 mile down the road from Ozark National Forest with excellent hiking, mountain biking (15+ miles ride in/ride out, single track), horse friendly (fenced pasture w/ stalls & pond). Water/outdoor shower available at house across road.

Near Mulberry River, Devil's Canyon, & Fern Gully scenic hiking/climbing areas. Across the road from dwelling but still isolated, with no other places in view. Dogs can be off-leash, single party camping only.

NO cutting or chopping on standing trees/bushes
