Foothills of the Rockies. A wooded, hilly area which is great for hiking. Bring your horse and enjoy our 300 acres! We have horses, donkeys, cows, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs on the property. Views of the fields beyond and even the Rockies from one hill. Trails are primitive, but the area is very accessible to hiking and horses. Dirt bikes are OK as well, but lots of deadfalls will make it difficult.

Winchell Lake is a 5 min drive away. Water Valley Saloon is 10 min away.

We have one campsite available for tent and RV/trailer campers. Amenities include a toilet, picnic table, and potable water. Campfires are permitted and pets are welcome!

This is the perfect place to go if you need to disconnect from the fast-paced world and reconnect with nature, family, or friends.
