Description

Camp at Auk Village Campground to get some wonderful views of the Chilkat Mountain Range and the ocean, with a scenic beach right there for some extra flair. You can fish, boat, sail, hike, pick berries, watch for whales and wildlife, have a picnic on the beach, or photograph a glacier. Enjoy the surrounding hemlock and spruce forest from your cozy, tent and small RV friendly campsites. This campground was once a Native Auk Tlingit Village, and it is easy to see why— resources and beauty abound here.

Right on water, great spot to watch for wildlife. Be prepared for rain, and understand food handling/bear best practices.
