Galloway Forest Park offers biking and walking trails that will take you through its 299 square miles (744 square kilometers) of forests, hills, and lochs. The long distance Southern Upland Way passes through the park. There are also plenty of opportunities to spot wildlife, including red deer, otters, golden eagles, and red kites. The park is located in southern Scotland.
