White Pass Ski Resort
Ski resort
White Pass Ski Resort is located in the Southern Washington Cascades and offers a variety of terrain suitable for all skill levels, including beginners. The resort is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and breathtaking views of Mount Rainier. With an average snowfall of around 350 inches, the ski season usually runs from December through April. The terrain includes gentle slopes for beginners, as well as more challenging runs for intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders. White Pass features a terrain park, backcountry access, and cross-country trails, but does not offer night skiing. The lift system is efficient, helping to minimize wait times. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, the resort offers other winter activities such as snowshoeing trails. While there are no ice skating, snow tubing, snowmobiling, or sledding areas within the resort, the surrounding region may offer these activities. The focus at White Pass is on the alpine experience, with the added convenience of lodging and dining options available on-site or nearby.
