The RV sleeps up to 9 people. All guests over 4 will need to pay an extra guests fee. It is parked in my driveway in a very quiet neighborhood. Guests will have access to the yard and the Inground pool. Pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Swim at your own risk. You can use the shower and bathroom in the in-law suite. Guests are responsible to leave the rv and suite they way they checked in. The suite is not to be used for eating or sleeping. Only restroom and shower. The camper is available from April to October. Start booking now!!! We are located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. There are several campsites in our area. We are willing to set up the RV for you at any campsite for a small fee. The campgrounds in are area are: Tohickon Family Campground, Little Red Barn Campground, Dogwood Haven Family Campground, Homestead Family Campground, Boulder Woods Campground, Beaver Valley Campground, Colonial Woods Family Camping Resort, Oak Grove Park, Mountainview Campground, Indian Rock RV Park, Ringing Rocks Family Campground, Timberland Lake Campground, Lazy-K Campground, etc. There are several more campgrounds in the area. We can accommodate you and your family at any campground. The RV has a main bedroom, bunk beds, a loft that can sleep up to 4 kids or 2 adults, bathroom with a sink, toilet, and full size shower. Kitchen with fridge, sink, stove with a over and plenty of cabinets and counter space. The dining area converts into a bed. The couch is a pull out sleeper plus a recliner in the living room area.
