Close to playgrounds(within 5 minutes), Potomac River(10 minutes), C and O canal Towpath,(20 minutes) The Carpendale Tunnel(22 minutes), swimming(10 to 2o Minutes), and many hiking/biking areas. Close to hunting areas.....
