Great campsite and facilities. Everyone is spaced out enough to enjoy your privacy. I'd recommend having a walk around before you drive on to find a pitch beat suited to you.

Fantastic site! So made up with the kitchenette and shower/toilet facilities! Never stayed at a campsite with access to stuff like that. The barns were great for playing board games in too.
Safe for kids too because we had direct line of site to the play area and the large open space in front of the tent.
There is a bit of a slope to the site but that's easy to navigate really. It also decided to have a storm there when we stayed and we really felt it but unfortunately you can't book the weather when you book the pitch
Also loved the fact that the RAF were flying their jets overhead on some days too.
Beautiful location and lovely and peaceful. Would definitely go again and would recommend too

Lovely campsite with fab facilities, they really have thought of everything. Improvements? Well, not clear on initial hip camp page that you couldn’t take car onto field which was a little disappointing. It was only after booking that we found this out in the conditions. Toilet and shower facilities great overall but in most of the toilets there was no toilet paper on arrival but neither had it been replenished the next morning.

Absolutely, utterly impressed by this campsite. Incredibly affordable (especially with everything the site includes) and well maintained. Plenty of toilets, showers and sinks for the size of the site. Though we didn't use them personally, there is a communal kitchen and indoor recreation room, which was nice to see. The grounds offer opportunity for pitching close to the facilities or in more secluded areas so there's something for everyone. Lovely views of the mountains behind the farm to wake up to in the morning. Great location as we were able to get to nearby towns and beaches quickly (and it handily connects to the A55 so getting home early in the morning was made easier too.) This site had everything we needed, and more, so I'll always be impressed by the price we paid. I plan to return to this area again in the future and I would be more than eager to return to Tyn Y Ffridd.

Great location. Lovely area with a beautiful view. Enough space for camping and for kids to run around. At the same time to gain some peace. Good amenities and we had not expected the kitchen so well equiped with oven etc.
All in all great stay. Would have been lovely to stay longer. Unfortunately due to harsh winds and our bad tent we decided to leave a day earlier.
Would nevertheless recommend the place if your tent can hold the wind

I arrived after a 4 hour drive to find that not one of the 4 cubicles had toilet roll. This had not changed by the following morning - which means they also hadn’t cleaned/checked the facilities. I can forgive the over-long grass, the lack of response to my message, the fact that no-one appeared to greet me/check everything was ok but no loo roll….? No. That is a basic requirement for any camp site. And to charge in excess of £20 per night for this “service”? Daylight robbery. I booked for one night intending to stay a week provided it was ok. Needless to say, I left the next morning. I spoke to someone who was staying in the yurt and he said it had been an issue all week. If they don’t want to provide toilet roll, fine - but that MUST be made totally clear before people book so that they can come prepared. Oh - and only one of the 4 cubicles had a lock that worked….

We loved the site. Great toilet and shower facilities. The kitchen was way better than we expected. Loved all the rustic solutions, rather than just being like a normal kitchen and bathroom. The little dog on site was very sweet and friendly. Plus the views were stunning! Thank you :)

Had an amazing first day check in was easy just a phonecall pitch was the whole field and choise whefe you want to pitch.site is very clean and tidy.kitchen area was amazing fully equipped with everything you need.toilets and showers where perfect.unfortunatly.we had bookedbfor a two night stay but due to very high winds we laft at 0530 on the second day having to hold the tent down for 4 hours.

Very quirky site, really quiet with fantastic views and a great price. I would recommend taking your own loo roll though it all seems to have gone walkies by the afternoon. Thanks for having us !

Beautiful campsite with huge pitches, a great kitchen, nice views and suprising design of showers en toilets. Close to the heart of Snowdonia and the sea. Would like to go back one day!

Our second stay and we loved it, absolutely fabulous views, lovely hot water in the showers and well equipped kitchen area.
Pitch was a little slopey and we found we had to poke around to avoid stones whilst pitching, but these were minor inconveniences that won't deter us from coming back. Well connected for mountains, woods or coast.

Absolutely amazing site.
The facilities are in an old barn
Spotlessly clean rustic and quirky.
The kitchen area has everything you could possibly need.
We turned up and picked a pitch overlooking the mountains even though it was may bank holiday weekend there is enough room to not be next to other campers.
I met the cleaning lady wafa she was really friendly and welcoming.
All in all please book as you won't be disappointed.
I certainly will be back but this time with my young grandchildren as they will love it .

Great open space. Kitchen facilities are brilliant if you don't have you own equipment or want to travel light. Showers and toilets are brilliantly quirky. Fire pits were available. Great views across to Snowdon. Sarah was really helpful 💕 Note it is tents only. ⛺️ x

A great place to camp. Directions to the site were clear, and once we arrived, the views of the mountains were fantastic. We'll stocked facilties, with clean kitchen area (appliances available for use) and showers/toilets. Communal area with pool table and fire pits/brick bbq.
