Cliff Acre is a magical location immersed in nature. Located in a remote part of Gower's rugged south coast, the property is a seven-acre smallholding focused on traditional rural land management and craft. We're not a traditional campsite, but want to share this amazing place for a few limited summer getaways.This is a rare location offering close proximity to one of Gower's most secluded beaches, Pwlldu Bay. Located directly on the Wales Coast Path this single campsite sits within Cliff Acre, a private seven-acre smallholding at the top of Pwlldu Bay. Perfect for people wanting close access to the beach and walking along the coast. It's ideal for walkers, nature lovers, birdwatchers and anyone looking to be quiet and get away from it all. The property is rural and located 1.5 miles from the nearest village, with access via a VERY BUMPY single track country lane. The camping area is gravel, and secluded from other farm buildings. It's situated adjacent to woodland and garden. There is a drinking water tap and a compost toilet nearby. A firepit is also on site, firewood or homemade artisan charcoal can be provided at £10 for a large bucket or bag of charcoal. Campers have access to hammocks, and a private "lookout" a short walk from the site, with stunning views of Gower's coastline and North Devon. There is no view of the coastline from the campsite itself. You will be staying within short access to the Coast Path, offering a 10 minute walk down to Pwlldu beach.

Firepit. Stick to the Pit: Fires are strictly limited to the designated fire pit area. Never Leave Unattended: Put out all fires completely with water before going to bed or leaving the property. No disposable BBQs.

Toilet available

Composting toilet. Compost Loo Only: Please use our on-site compost toilet for human waste. Do not put trash, plastic, wipes, or chemical products into the compost toilet. No Chemical Waste Disposal: We do not have a chemical disposal point (CDP). You must take your toilet cassette waste with you when you leave. Do not empty cassettes into our compost loo or ground drains.

Pets allowed

Off leash. Pets allowed off leash in the camping area. We have free-range chickens, so if going further, dog should be on a lead. There is also a dog on the smallholding who may be territorial.
