We had a great time camping with friends at Shaded Creek RV Hookups! The kids enjoyed playing in the field, biking around the field, talking to the pig and playing in the creek. We had a great time gathering around the fire pit (thanks to Robert for providing wood!!), and it was great to be able to get into Tellico so easily. We tubed on the river and explore Baby Falls and Bald River Falls. We also got treats from the Tellico Grains Bakery and ice cream treats at the Tellico Beach Drive In. A perfect Labor Day weekend!

We’ve stayed on Robert’s land several times and it was always very quiet and pleasant. It’s a beautiful setting. Couldn’t ask for better hosts. Extremely accommodating and friendly. They have a pet hog named Sadie on the property that just adds to the charm. An all around wonderful experience!

Once again, Shaded Creek RV Hookups exceeded our expectations. This lovely spot is peaceful, beautiful, and welcoming. Easy access from nearby Tellico plains makes it very convenient. Check in is always easy, Robert, the host is a great communicator, and he and his family are gracious and welcoming. We have always had a great time whenever we have stayed here and we will always return to this site whenever we are in the area. I highly recommend Shadec Creek RV Hookups! 😄

The campsite is very beautiful. It is set in a tranquil, pastoral setting rimmed by beautiful tree-covered hills. You have to meet the family hog! Robert and Tina are so friendly and helpful. We have stayed there several times now. Definitely recommend to anyone 😊

We returned once again to Shaded Creek RV hook ups- This is now officially our favorite place for camping in TN! Here’s what we love: It’s perfectly serene and peaceful, even though it is pretty close to downtown Tellico Plains. It is so picturesque and lovely, with a cool, clear creek, rope swings, a fire pit, and table and benches. The hosts are always generous, kind, and gracious. Booking is very easy, and Robert is excellent at communicating with his guests. We always enjoy our stays here and look forward to returning.

What a hidden treasure. The site is clean, the host is very nice ans easy to communicate with. As you won't have a cell phone signal (just what I wanted) the host ensures you have all direction and even the Wi-Fi password well before your trip!

I had great time at your facility. Setting in creek and having a couple bourbons was awesome. Saddie was like having a big old dog, she only wanted some attention and a treat. I will be coming back for another adventure. Loved it, and thank you. Chuck & Sherry

We absolutely loved it! Our son absolutely loved the creek and so did we. We were able to roast marshmallows by the fire and even pet the pig. It was a very quaint area and the neighbors that we met while camping that were also camping were very pleasant.! We will definitely be back.!!!

Really enjoyed this location, was nice because there wasn't anyone next to us, I feel it would be a little tight to have both number one and to sites filled. I know a lot of people don't mind the tight fit but that's one of the reasons we choose hip Camp over RV parks is to have a little more personal space. Beautiful creek, nice big yard for the dog to run around in. Would definitely return.

The owners are very friendly people. The land is beautiful! They have a pet pig, Sadie, which adds to the overall ambiance. She comes up behind her fence to visit you. Robert is very flexible with your needs. Fantastic place!!!

The property is beautiful and large, with plenty of room to walk and enjoy nature. With the exception of a few inevitable loud muscle cars and Harleys, the stay was very quiet. The creek access area is very nice and had plenty of bank area to satisfy the rock hound in me. While we did not take advantage of the fire ring, it was nice to know it was there and fully stocked with wood.

We loved our stay with Robert and Tina.
They helped us get the trailer parked and were very accommodating on where we wanted to park to get the great view.
We were sorry to leave, this place is quite and peaceful and the creek is a bonus.
We recommend this place and will come back again

We enjoyed another wonderful stay at Shaded Creek RV hook ups. In spite of the cold weather we were kept warm and cozy in our camper, thanks to the convenient full hook ups. Everything on the farm was peaceful and quiet, and as usual, Robert made our family, including our niece visiting from NY, and our two dogs, feel very welcome. Robert is a gracious and responsive host. We had to leave early due to an impending storm and Robert graciously refunded the payment for the night we were going to miss. We didn't expect this and not sure that he could do it in every circumstance but we greatly appreciated this gesture of good will and generosity. Thank you, Robert! Shaded Creek RV hook ups feels like our home away from home and we’ll be returning any time we are in the area. We’d highly recommend this camping spot for the great location, beautiful, peaceful surroundings, and the kind and responsive host. 😄

His correspondence prior to arrival is second to none providing logistics and all the details you need to know about on-site amenities.

This was a wonderful place out in the private sticks of Tennessee! Absolutely great host as he personally adjusted the 50amp outlet to accommodate my 90° plug end. That was not expected and he went above and beyond! Lovely pig, too. She loves attention, pets and belly rubs!

This was absolutely perfect for us! We had a friend with a new camper he wanted to try out and Roberts’s property was a short drive for us. He was great about communicating everything we needed to know. Getting there and set up was a breeze.
We had plenty of room around the campers and then the firepit and creek area was like having your own personal park! While we could technically see the residence, it didn’t feel like it at all. We loved having the babbling creek right next to the fire with a beautiful view of the moon and stars.
We all agreed this is going to be a frequent camp spot for us so we are already planning our next one. And bonus points for there being a sweet pig on the property! We loved when she came out to say hi throughout the weekend!

We loved our stay at Shaded Creek! Our only regret was that we weren’t able to stay longer to fully enjoy everything this beautiful place has to offer. Our host, Robert, was very gracious and welcoming to us and our two dogs. We stayed at RV site 4. We used this as our base camp while visiting our kids in Madisonville, thinking this looked like a decent place to stay for a few days. We had no idea how magical this location would turn out to be! The creek is cool, clear, and babbles along playfully. It’s set behind the campsites and there is a cozy fire pit with a nice concrete table and benches nearby…everything needed to enjoy a lovely cookout and/or relaxing evening by the fire. Our host even provided plenty of firewood and invited us to let him know if we needed anything else. In the day time we got to visit (through the fence, of course) with their pig. There were also chickens, a farm dog, pastures, and a beautiful red barn on the property. It was a very beautiful, peaceful location, close enough to downtown Tellico Plains, but far enough away from the town so that we could enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. We loved our stay! We would definitely recommend staying here and plan on returning when we are in the area again. Thank you, Robert and family for a really wonderful stay! 😄

Beautiful property with creek! Couldn’t have been any happier with the stay. The hosts are outstanding people. Robert went over and above to make our stay fantastic. Sadie the pig was an addition to the enjoyment, looking forward to her rounds in the morning and evening. The traffic behind the property was not loud nor could you see it. I look forward to another stay..hopefully soon!

I stumbled across this property when I was browsing Hipcamp website the first time. I would revisit this property.
The owners were very friendly and were available if we were to need anything. Do not anticipate cell coverage here. I had to drive 12.3miles to gain cell coverage. The provided wifi was a strong signal even in site #1, the furthest from the owner’s home.
Their mascot as I called her, Sadie the pig, was so precious. I could have laid in that field with her all day. Imagine a big puppy that snorts and loves attention! ☺️
The property was quiet. The only disruptions were the occasional loud cars or motorcycles on the road behind the property. There was one morning where someone nearby must have been sighting in their rifle, that didn’t last but a few minutes.
