This is a 10 acre farm 2 miles off the paved road and a mile from nearest neighbor. This property specializes in sunrises, peace, fresh air, open sky, epic stars and sunsets. There are 5 spots 20 ft wide that include: 50 amp hook up Well water hose bib It’s quiet, calm, and surrounded by nature. Paramotor and off road activities may be available. Brian is very friendly and is his dog Lady is very sweet. My preference is to be in a more private area but for this trip, we were able to keep to ourselves and work on things in the RV. Sunset is very pretty and we were able to walk to a more open area to see it in full view. There is no sewer hookups but don't let that discourage you, there is a Flying Jay right down SR 52 to dump at.

Loads of sunshine and wide open space. At Brian's prices (which include water and electric), you can't get much better. We will definitely be back.
