Perched up high, looking over the lakes and mountains. Right at the doorstep to adventure. 40 minutes to Aspen over independence pass in the summer (open May 30). Colorado trail hiking. Bag a 14er; Mt Elbert is the biggest, and the trailhead is nearby. Go swim, paddle, fish the lake. Close to Leadville and Buena Vista, for off roading, hunting, fly fishing, hot springs etc. This spot is easy access, but has views in all directions. Currently building a house in the center of the land, but have flattened out two great spots at each corner. One can accomodate anything including a prevost bus or 5th wheel, if you are good at parking backwards uphill. They are private and very separated. Currently no actual construction, just a pit. I will communicate if there is any future weekday daytime activity. Access is a dirt loop driveway, so most anything can get in there. Please don't collect firewood, and don't leave trash. Thanks!
