We had amazing stay. Whole property is very well maintained and there are a lot to explore. My son loved the experience feeding chickens and horses. Our container cabin was very clean and very comfortable, with a lot of small touches that made the whole experience just great.

We chose so spend our 21st Anniversary at Kokomo Farms, in the off-grid converted storage container, and it was every bit equal to our original honeymoon in Paris. Trudy and Gregg's hearts are in the right place, combining animal rescue and hosting guests in a way that fells much more like they are sharing their space and vision with you than just offering random folks a spot to stay without connection. It was the perfect balance of privacy, mixed with their efforts to curate a special atmosphere, that to our minds made the choice of Kokomo Farms better than a five-star hotel stay. Also, it would be your loss if stay here without enjoying Trudy's delicious vegetarian pizza. They set us up for this in a romantic, beautiful garden dinner. We would stay here again... And again!

We stayed in an off the grid container and could have not been more happy to ring in 2022.. clean, stylish, cozy, the container has just about everything you need to enjoy your stay.. having a bathroom and shower with hot water was very nice and the whole space feels spacious yet cozy at the same time … the lights and fridge run on solar power so make sure to not leave them on when not using (but Gregg and Trudy will supply battery packs if needed) ..
The whole farm gives off a special calm energy, from the animals to the trees and layout , we were often greeted by “hound dog” as we enjoyed coffee on the porch and hearing the chickens each morning wonderfully reminded me of my grandma’s farms decades ago … Trudy and Gregg are amazing kind hosts so don’t be shy to ask them for recommendations on the local area as well … highly recommended Kokomo farms, we will be back …

Kokomo has become our favorite stopover during trips through NW to Central Florida. It's like a charging station but for people! The off grid tiny house is fabulous. I love that it's in the back corner a nice but short stroll from the zen garden and next to the star gazing bed. My favorite part is knowing how sustainable our stay is, especially considering we had everything we want to relax and recharge.

The eco off grid cabin was perfect. The converted container was homey and charming, my stay was simply delightful. Disconnecting was exactly what I needed, I wish I could have stayed longer. Trudy and Gregg were accommodating hosts, always making sure I had what I needed. The property is beautiful, filled with lovely animals, a fire pit, a stargazing bed, and many more amenities and activities I wish I had taken advantage of. I will definitely be back again.
