Drive-in Tent/Van Site
We had a great spot not far from running hot water ! The space accommodated our pick up and 10x10 tent comfortably. We had a great view and look forward to a return visit.

Drive-in Tent/Van Site
The campground is very well maintained and the facilities were great. We had a solid two bars of cellular service up in the tent sites which was fantastic but the provided internet does not. Unfortunately the sites were close to each other and depending on location you may need to walk past others to reach your campsite or have fellow campers pass through.

Drive-in Tent/Van Site
The campsites are in a pretty quiet mountainside. The cabins, office, pool, and sauna towards the base of the slope.
The campsites weren't anything extraordinary or bad, just flat lot with a picnic table. The showers were nice but could use some maintenance in terms of replacing or providing hooks or shelves. There were some worms/maggots on the shower floor which was a bit off putting but the room wasn't actually that dirty. We had shower shoes luckily.
Communication was also a bit difficult. The hip camp gps address led us into a completely different area and we spent 20 minutes finding the entrance resort. When we called or texted for help, nobody responded.
They have a pretty nice setup, just some smaller details to sort out.

Site 10 - Luxury Tent
Beautiful glamping tent and was great to have a private hiking trail to wonderful views :-) also super close to rest of Carmel

Partial Hookups Tent Site W/E
Overall, the campsite was in a great location and had great amenities. However, we were disappointed that construction was going on during our stay. We spent the morning to the sounds of heavy machinery and construction which is the opposite of what we were looking for. Wish we could’ve gotten a heads up so we could’ve had a more peaceful experience.
