WE WERE VOTED NUMBER 2 BEST CAMPGROUND IN ARIZONA by HIPCAMP!!!!! PLEASE LOOK AT SITE MAP TO DETERMINE YOUR BEST SPOT. We offer 2 sites with power and decks, 1 site with power access and gravel that is good for small trailers (no septic). 13 sites around the property that are good for tents in the fields or to pull up a van and crash. Regardless of site you book, we will have space with views for everyone. The pictures are from around the property so book Mountain View 4-9 for up front closer to highway or Desert garden mountain view 1-5 for outback and more awar from camp. We are located in Cane Beds, AZ (2 miles from Utah) in the middle of a beautiful desert and sandstone rock countryside. Chill out in our glampground fellow adventure lovers and nomads. Head to Zion through the secret locals cut through. (40 mins to Springdale and epic views). We offer one of the coolest, safest, cleanest and most popular boutique campgrounds in the region. LGBTQ, BIPOC, Woman and family friendly! YES, We are dog friendly. PLEASE ADD YOUR 4 LEGGED FRIEND ON TO RESERVATION. We charge a $15 fee for doggies. This helps us clean up the campsite from dog wear and tear (hole digging, peeing on things, picking up doo doo, washing linens, etc). We are woman owned and woman friendly and offer a safe space to gather with amazing folks! We have fun spaces for kids to play in too. Please monitor kids if they are on the climbing wall. NO KIDS ON THE ROOF OF THE PLAY AREA past the climbing walll!! They are climbing at their own risk. Also note there are nails and cactus and things around the property that could harm a child if not paying attention. Please ask your kids and wear proper footwear at all times. We offer 3 water and power hook ups that are ideal for vans or small trailers. WE DO NOT HAVE A SEPTIC DUMP on site but one close by that is free at Bee's market. We have shade structures, a BBQ area, a propane firepit (no wood fires in summer please! too dry). Great restaurant and food options nearby. No need to bring anything. Grocery store down the street with everything. Fresh local veggies, fruits, eggs and more in season. Saturday market seasonally also nearby. We have a hot tub!!!! $5 per use per person. MUST RESERVE THERE IS A BOARD AT THE TUB TO WRITE NAME ON. 30 minutes please so that others have a chance to tub too! Propane is a $5 per use additional fee daily if you want to use the gas firepit or the BBQ. Hot tub is $5 per person per use. We purchased the property from a family down the road and they have helped us develop out the piece we have. Currently we park a trailer on it that we rent out, plus we have 1 glamp tent, 1 little cabin, 1 camping platform and a few areas for tents and vanlifers to pull up! We have a group site with it's own kitchen/BBQ area. There's a bath house with 2 flushing toilets an outhouse and an outdoor heated shower. We also have a great outdoor kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal! Stove, pots and pans, dishes, etc! LOCATION is close to everything! Bee's Market 5 minutes Edge of the World Brewery and Pizza 7 minutes Sweet Safe Coffee 7 minutes Blue Agave Mexican 7 minutes Hurricane and La Verkin 25 minutes Springdale 45 mins (find info to the secret cut through on our website. This route will not appear on GOOGLE! Locals way). Zion 45 minutes Grand Canyon 2 hours Bryce 1:45 Coral Pink Sand Dunes 20 mins Kanab 35 minutes Basically you get the quiet and dark skies at night, which are perfect for camping, but creature comforts of a bathroom, outdoor shower, Wifi, firepits and BBQ. We have cool art, horseshoe put, an outdoor kitchen with stove and all the cooking utensils and pots and accessories you need! Hot water is really hot! We have 2 kitchens!! Land Beyond Zion is available for group rentals and great if you are trying to plan a camp out with numerous people, but struggling to find a campground that will accommodate. We are not an RV park but can accommodate some smaller rigs, so reach out to us if you are interested in staying. We have room for a skoolie if it's the right size! Up to 24-26 feet vans and skoolies. Inquire if your rig is bigger. DOG OWNERS THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! If you have a dog we ask that you please keep it leashed and near you at all times. If there are other dogs on the property you will need to leash up dogs. Also, please walk the property and pick up poop!!! We ask for a fee for dogs. This can be found in EXTRAS or pay on site. Please respect that we increase prices for more people in your group as this has impact on our space. We allow 2 per site and then additional fee for up to 2 more people. We only have so many showers, bathrooms and space for all and we like to not get super crowded. Children are the exception, but please let us know how many folks are in your group when you reserve. Outback Desert View 2

Best campsite ever!!

If you're in doubt for where to stay near Zion, look no further! My buddy and I have been roadtripping the states for over a month now and Land Beyond Zion was hands down one of the best campsites we've stayed at. It offers all the amenities you could need and the owner, Shanti, also runs her own guiding business so that you can experience Zion and the surrounding area in such a unique way. She offered us brilliant recommendations that made our stay so much better. We loved our experience and Shanti was definitely the loveliest host we've ever had. We will 100% be back!

Awesome owner, who really takes the time to make sure her guests are taken care of. The kitchens, showers, and bathrooms are spotless. The location is perfect for visiting Zion. We’ve been out now for almost a month, and Land Beyond Zion was by far our favorite campsite!!!

Mountain View 4 (No Hookups)

Land Beyond Zion was amazing. Amazing view of the mountains and a peaceful space. We felt very safe! Shanti and everyone at the camp were friendly and helpful. It is close to stores, restaurants, and a laundromat. We made this our base while visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Antelope Canyon. We also made a stop at the ghost town in Grafton, really cool! We didn't take any tours Shanti offers but we def plan on coming back to see the area again and do the tours. 100% worth staying here instead of in a crowded area.

Outback Desert View 2

This was such a thoughtfully-arranged camp-site with lots of cute, artistic touches. It drew a sweet and social crowd of campers, which I appreciated. The shower had a heater in there, along with hot water, which was a blessing after being on the road for long hours. The toilets, communal kitchens and sink were all clean and nicely stocked. Shanti was such a kind and generous host, and I really appreciated her thorough directions, advice for shopping and hikes in the area, video tour and swift response. Someone was in our site when we arrived, and that's when we learned it was more of a first-come, first-serve situation, so we were relegated closer to the highway which was the only bummer. The whole site is closer to the road than I anticipated, so just bring ear plugs and you'll be golden!
