Frank is a really nice guy and has a beautiful property. His land is tucked away deep in the woods down a dirt road. His house is on the property, but he’s got a really large lot of land with beautiful views of nearby mountains. I stayed on his property in winter, and he was super accommodating, he plowed for me, helped me pick out the best spot that would be shielded from the wind, and even provided me with an extension cord for power and some wood. I’ll definitely be back. He’s got amazing views and a very private feeling property. He even offered that I could stay in his finished lower level if I got too cold. Cool property and it’s really close to Mt Pisgah where I was doing some hikes.

Frank was generous during our stay and even gave us s’more ingredients! Beautiful view and nice warm shower. We had a campfire and used the grill & wifi. Thank you frank!

Great private lot about 30 mins from KT. Great view of the mountains. Site had full amenities and full hookup for an RV. Both Rv and tent camping. Host is highly responsive. Highly reccomended.

Absolutely loved my short stay here! Frank is very friendly and accommodating. The land is beautiful and spacious and the HOT outdoor shower was awesome! He goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home, I highly recommend this location! Also, the stars at night were magical!!

Frank’s spot was amazing. The view was great, comfortable and spacious; amenties were a huge bonus. Another group this weekend also had a friendly pup to and the dogs were all able to pal around.

We loved our stay at Frank's place! He really thought of every detail and went out of his way to make us feel right at home. Was the perfect location for exploring Lake Willoughby and Kingdom Trails. We will definitely be back!

I loved camping at this spot! I arrived late, 9:30pm, so it was already dark. Owner came out and assisted me in where to park. I brought my dog, and she was allowed to roam the property on or off leash! When we woke up in the morning and got to see the view of the mountains it was incredible! Definitely will be back sometime!
