The Port Elgin Tourist Camp is ideally situated next to North Shore Park, just a short stroll from the harbor and downtown Port Elgin. This campground features serviced sites for RVs, complete with hydro and water hookups, as well as tent sites nestled in a lush, grassy area surrounded by trees. Families will appreciate the nearby playground, splash pad, and mini-golf, while adults can enjoy the convenience of easy beach access and a scenic boardwalk for leisurely walks. In contrast, the Southampton Tourist Camp offers a more intimate and tranquil experience, located near the iconic Southampton lighthouse and beach. This smaller campground provides a mix of electric sites and tenting areas shaded by mature trees, and it is conveniently adjacent to the scenic rail-trail, perfect for biking or strolling into town. Both campgrounds are equipped with clean washrooms, hot showers, and friendly on-site staff available from May 1 to Thanksgiving.
