Come camp on our 305 acres of open land, located about an hour's drive from Kingston.  Pondside primitive camping offers campers the ability to canoe in either the pond or river. You will enjoy over 305 acres of unspoiled land to hike and explore! This property is best suited for adventurous types who are looking for a true outdoor experience. We have one tent site available for campers. Campfires are permitted and pets are welcome! We are close to Sharbot Lake Provincial Park and Bon Echo Provincial Park. - The site is a short walk from the parking area - No garbage should be left behind - No toilet provided onsite We look forward to hosting you! Fantastic Camp Spot

Fantastic camp spot, somewhat difficult to find but one you get there you are perfectly isolated from everything, peaceful quiet pond (not ideal for swimming). Two friends of mine used this as a stop on a 2 day bike packing trip and it was exactly what I was looking for, no frills secure and guaranteed spot to camp for the night. Really well setup campfire and tons of space for tents, mixture of sandy, soil, and rocky areas. I will be back again to use this again! Host was responsive and helpful for any questions I had.
