Our property is located just off the beaten path with 4.5 acres of land. It’s close to shopping and turnpike/hwy access but still has the out-in-the-country feel. We have a half acre pond filled with bluegill and large mouth bass, a hillside with apple trees and blackberry bushes, and a large gravel turnaround for easy access. We are close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park as well as multiple metro park areas for hiking and biking. Nearby attractions include Blossom Music Center, downtown Cleveland, and Boulder Creek—an award-winning golf course just minutes away. Wineries, bike trails, and canoe adventures await as well. We live on site with our two golden doodle dogs so if you see us out and about, please say hi! NOTE: the Pond Site is the ONLY site with 30amp service. Fill Water available for all sites. Pond and firepit access is for everyone. Ask about renting the entire property for events: family reunions, micro weddings, group camping. There is also a two bedroom Airbnb on the property for those who aren’t the camping type. Message me for info. NOTE: If traveling north on Seasons Rd there is an 11 ft clearance bridge and you’ll need to take a route around.

Site 2 is located in the gravel parking area adjacent to the two-story gray barn. Stay for a quick overnight (2 miles from the turnpike) or stay for a while to enjoy the area. Our catch and release Fishing Pond is accessible to all campers with one site along the end closest to the pond. One community fire pit area with gas grill and seating. Multiple metro parks and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park is nearby with hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, rentals, etc. Blossom Music Center is a fun place to see outdoor concerts! Downtown Cleveland, Akron, and Canton are all short drives with many fun attractions such as the Rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame, and Football Hall of Fame. *** The driveway is the one to the right of the mailboxes. It slopes slightly downwards into the large gravel area next to the 2 story gray barn. Note our neighbors’ mailbox is there too so don’t be confused when you see their address on the mailbox!!

“Site 1 - Pond” is a 30amp electric site next to the grassy area alongside the pond. This site has beautiful views of the peaceful pond and hillside. There is water available to fill your tanks with a 100 ft hose to refill if necessary. No sewer dump, however there is a dump station nearby at All- Seasons RV store. Stay for a quick overnight (2 miles from the turnpike) or stay for a while to enjoy the area. This site is farthest from the pond, closer to the road but has the largest turnaround space and is suitable for motor homes or rigs that are towing vehicles. Host was very nice and made us aware to let her know if we needed anything. Gave us recommendations out our request of where to go and what to do in the area based on our likes and preferences. The site was exactly like I expected based on photos and a very nice property to stay at. Very relaxing to sit by a fire and enjoy the pond in the evening. Great location to stay at to go to Cuyahoga valley NP. Highly recommend staying here and appreciate them sharing their property at a reasonable price to enjoy the area. Thank you!

This is a great place to stop and relax along your travels. Host are super kind and so easy to communicate with. They have a fishable pong, dock and a hang out area with table and chairs along with plenty of room for everybody. A++

Beautiful property and a great stay. This was so convenient for us as we visited CVNP. Easy access to amenities and they have an AirBnB apartment available also, where my Mom was able to stay. With four sites, this would be a great meetup site for multiple campers. Thank you! Your place was perfect!

Great spot! The hosts were so kind and welcoming. 20 minute drive to Coyahuga National Park. Our family camped with a small RV and a tent and site one was perfect for us with enough room for both. We would definitely stay there again!

A beautiful view, excellent and friendly hosts. Perfect spot with 30amp service for my van. Picturesque and clean, perfect for vans, tents and B class RVs. I would be weary about making a right hand turn into the property if I had a trailer, or a class A, so try to plan your trip for a left hand turn if you're towing and arrive in the daylight. There is a bit of a hill, I would not recommend for a bigger rig, but it's perfect for a van!

This was a wonderful space that is very well taken care of. Plenty of room for the dog to walk around and has a peaceful sitting area for their guests to use that overlooks the pond and property. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. If you are in the area I would highly recommend.

Country Feel with City Convenience

Close to everything but still feels like it’s in the country. I was combining camping with some preliminary house hunting in the Cleveland area. Jason & Marcie’s place allowed me to comfortably do both. Road noise picks up in the morning but drops off quickly at night. The pond is peaceful and makes a nice backdrop for an evening drink or morning coffee.

Camping near CVNP

Jason and Marcie's place was practically perfect! I was in town for a concert and needed a place nearby the casino to rest and begin following day exploring CVNP. It's peaceful and roomy, but still within a few minutes of restaurants, retail , etc if you need to run an errand. Marcie greeted me shortly after arrival and made sure I knew where everything was. She answered all my questions and was ok with me coming back late after the show. I was the only Hipcamper that night so I had the whole place to myself!

A very special first Hipcamp experience thanks to Marcy & Jason! ✨ They are such wonderful, generous, and communicative hosts who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We loved chatting with them and exploring their beautiful property…from canoeing on the pond and spotting fish to picking fresh berries near our site. The location couldn’t have been better: perfectly situated near Cuyahoga National Park, farm stands, and plenty of local attractions/amenities. We couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and memorable stay! FYI- RV dump is located minutes away at All Seasons RV

I loved the gorgeous pond and saw fish jumping, a cottontail rabbit, two deer coming to graze under the apple trees, and enjoyed dipping my feet in the warm pond water under the willow tree. Very close to major intersections which makes it easy to find, so there is some road noise (bring ear plugs if that bothers you) but this is truly a hidden gem.

Such a picturesque site... the pond, rolling hills, lots of space to play! The hosts were awesome. Our younger grandson was able to take the rowboat out all by himself, which was so much fun for him! We'll come back next time we're in the area!

Loved our stay at this campground! The fishing was fantastic—mostly bass, up to 16" or so. The grounds were clean, quiet, and clearly well cared for. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel right at home. It’s just a short drive to nearby stores. Definitely recommend.
