The place was beautiful and so peaceful. The tent was cozy and the beddings were comfy and kept us warm. You can tell the property is kept with love and care. Definitely coming back!

A whimsical retreat that its like stepping inside of a storybook. The simple ambience coaxed your soul to ponder that nature delights is endearing. We choose to stay next to the meadow in a tent. Our stay was short but sweet. But planning to get back soon.

Barbara's place was a lovely escape out of the city. I really enjoyed the peacefulness of listening to the wind in the trees, the woodpeckers, the loons, and all of the other wildlife. Plus the sauna was a lovely addition to the stay. Barbara was very welcoming and attentive throughout. Thank you Barbara!!

We had a lovely stay at Hidden Springs! We decided to get away last minute, and are so glad we were able to snag a spot in one of the bell tents. The property is beautiful, the hosts are wonderful, the dog was friendly, and the times were good! The property is quite close to Pigeon Lake if you’d like a day at the beach. We also stopped by the Winfield Family Restaurant, which has excellent diner food. Thanks so much for hosting us, Barbara!

Barbara's land offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by stunning natural beauty and a serene atmosphere. My friends and I had an unforgettable stay and truly appreciated Barbara's warm hospitality, along with the cheerful presence of her friendly dog, Fox. The property is a wonderful place to relax, though the bathroom facilities could use some updating. Overall, it’s a delightful spot that I would gladly recommend!

Charming chalet with a spacious deck overlooking a serene pond. Bright, clean interior with a well-stocked kitchen. Fantastic outdoor space perfect for barbecues and campfires. The kids had a blast on the trampoline. Fox is the sweetest, most friendly dog we’ve ever met. Fox remained calm and gentle, even with our feisty puppy around. Loved the Finnish sauna.

What a beautiful little spot. We last minute booked and Barbara was super accommodating. The site had everything you would need (picnic benches, chairs, fire rings, hammock, trampoline) It was lovely for our little family and we had a great stay! Thanks again!

Great camping experience

Located — surrounded by nature, peaceful, and just far enough from the hustle and bustle to really disconnect and relax. The camp tent was well-maintained, with spacious, lplenty of privacy between sites. Tent beds were super comfortable, We loved waking up to the sounds of birds. There was easy access to clean water stations, and lots fire wood for fire pits for evening campfires — which made the experience super comfortable. Camp owner Barrara was so kind and helpful. There are 2 beautiful dogs in the camp named Fox and Kitt. Fox was an extraordinary dog I've ever known. Fox will welcome every guest of the camp, this dog was very smart.

Hidden Springs RV Site

I stayed in my van on Barbara’s property. It was so peaceful and beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed having a sauna and jumping in the spring fed pond! Barbara was very welcoming (as were her two doggies) and accommodating in every way. I will be back soon!! Thank you!

Sauna and cold plunge experience

We enjoyed our stay with Barbara immensely. She was very accommodating and welcoming. Great communication. The getaway was a nice place to unwind and relax. We used her sauna facilities and jumped in her pond in the fall weather. It was chilly water but exactly what we were looking for to create a hot and cold plunge experience. The picturesque views and quiet added to the experience. Best dog on the property. Showed us around and was a very good boy. Top marks

The upper suite is perfect for a family for their next adventure! As a single mom, travelling can be hard with the children and dog but this farmland as well as the suites make it so much easier! I was able to watch my son jump on the trampoline all while cooking supper or cleaning up. He loves it here and now asked to move in :) lol

Super lovely, unforgettable visit!

An absolute GEM of a place run by wonderful Barbara, and populated with the gentlest creatures. If you like chill, beautiful horses and cuddly, extremely well-behaved dogs... if you are a fan of excellent communication, beautiful views, spacious accommodations, well-kept amenities and unmatched hospitality, you have to stay here. We camped in two small tents but could have fit way more on the site. There are lots of trees if you need to rig up tarps, a good sized firepit, shade, and privacy while still being close to anything you might need. The water jug provided with a pump was super handy. The sauna saved us on a stormy cold night. Fox and Tiny filled our souls with all the pet therapy we could ask for, but didn't require constant attention or management, they were cool to just chill and snooze or go exploring with us. We didn't end up canoeing because the weather turned nasty but it was all set up to be easy as pie. Overall extremely comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

A beautiful escape

We had an amazing time staying at this retreat! We were lucky enough to have the tent area to ourselves, it was so peaceful and calm out on this land. Plenty of amenities to check out, had a ton of fun jumping on the trampoline at sunset, then made a fire to end the evening and got to look at all the incredibly bright stars! Truly a magical experience, would absolutely recommend!
