Just a 3-minute stroll from your campsite, you’ll find public access to Halfmoon Lake—one of the closest swimmable lakes to Edmonton—perfect for a refreshing swim, paddle, or relaxing lakeside escape.

Escape to 10 acres of beautiful Alberta forest just 15 minutes from Sherwood Park and 25 minutes from Edmonton. Surrounded by mature trees, scenic trails, and abundant wildlife, our property offers a peaceful camping experience with easy access to Halfmoon Lake—one of the closest swimmable lakes to Edmonton. 🏕️ TENT CAMPING ONLY Our campsites are designed for tent camping and offer a private, forested setting perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. 🌲 CAMPSITES • Private forested sites with mature trees • Tent camping only • Peaceful setting ideal for nature lovers • Three spacious campsites available 🐶 PET POLICY • Dogs are welcome • Dogs must remain on a leash at all times • Leashes must be kept short enough that dogs cannot leave your campsite • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests 🌊 LAKE ACCESS Just a 3-minute walk down our beautiful tree-arched driveway to the public lake access. Enjoy: • Swimming • Paddleboarding • Kayaking • Lakeside relaxation Some Watercraft rentals may be available upon request. 🌲 FOREST TRAILS Explore approximately 2 km of scenic woodland trails right on the property. Perfect for walking, birdwatching, and enjoying Alberta’s natural beauty. ⛳ RECREATION • 10-hole pitch & putt course • Driving range net • Golf clubs provided • $5 per 3 balls Sports equipment rentals may also be available for basketball, pickleball, soccer, road hockey, and more. 🔥 CAMPFIRES • Fire ring provided at each site • One complimentary bag of firewood included • Additional firewood available: $10 per bag or $20 for 3 bags • Outside Firewood is not permitted To help protect local forests and prevent the spread of pests, we strongly encourage guests to use our affordable on-site firewood rather than bringing firewood from outside sources. 🚻 Amenities • Outhouse restroom • Water fill-up available upon request • Select sites offer 15-amp power and Wi-Fi 🛒 Nearby Conveniences Only 5 minutes away: • Gas stations • Groceries • Takeout restaurants SkipTheDishes and Uber Eats are available in the area.

Halfmoon Lake Forest-Tent Camping#1
We went camping for some relaxation and to get away from the city. It was very peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway and only 15-20 min away from the city. Lots of hiking trails. Owners very kind met us and drove us in.
