Summer Creek was established in 1884 by Edward Vivian Harvey Keane. Keane was a prominent figure in the development of Western Australia, having constructed over 800km of rail around W.A. The property runs alongside the discontinued railway line, known as the Kep Track / Golden pipeline trail, which is part of the same railway network as the Bibbulmun track. The old winery building was saved by R and A Poulton, after a demolition order was places on it by the Northam shire in 2002. The property is now heritage listed, and the fight to preserve it from main-roads continues. Come along to Karaoke at the Restaurant every Saturday night!!! Our camping set-up is a work in progress so we would appreciate your suggestions and feedback, we now have a cold shower on site. When things dry out we will be able to do more work on the accessibility. Also, stay tuned for our glamping option yet to come :) Currently Adults only, no children. If you book during the week (Monday to Thursday) please arrive before 7:30pm and make sure you give us a call to we know you are coming, we don't always check these messages. Thank you :)Summer Creek is a heritage listed property established in 1884. We have a Brewery, Restaurant, and Farm on-site as well as camping and venue hire. We are right on the Kep track and Golden Pipeline heritage trail, providing a perfect spot for walkers and riders using the old railway line to stop for a break. Summer Creek Farm Camping
Not equipped for the average camper
This Camp Site needs proper Hot/cold showers, as well as male and female toilets you can only use a toilet whilst the brewery is open then you have to walk to the main road after that or use the toilet in the bush. Both Saturday and Sunday they only open at 11am it could be such a lovely spot if the owners actually put a little effort into it

Wide, spacious, and level ground, with nice quiet surroundings. The host is also very patient in explaining the issues to us. Overall, A peaceful relaxed stay and will be back.

Summer Creek Farm Camping
1 hour away
We just wanted to get away for 1 night on the Labour Day long weekend. Summer Creek was an easy 1 hour drive away and suited what we needed. The camping is a pretty big paddock that only has 10 sites so we were well spread out. The highlight was the karaoke which was fun with a few of the locals and the hosts making us all feel relaxed and welcome. We ate at our campsite but if we were staying 2 nights would have had the wood fired pizzas or curries on offer. All in all a very enjoyable day and night with good company and entertainment.

Summer Creek Farm Camping
Overall, we enjoyed our camp and had lots of fun. However, at night when it’s really quiet, you can hear cars constantly going past. Didn’t know there was that much traffic through there. A little bit of grey noise if you don’t mind it. Hosts were friendly and enjoyed their in-house beer.

Summer Creek Farm Camping
It’s a nice little for camping. The only downside is hardly any shade. Would be nice during Autumn or spring. Lovely surrounding.
