Great Easter Hideaway 🐣 ⛺️ ❤️
The space provided is awesome. We were just one of several campers (some solo like us and others in groups) and we all had space. The sites were protected from the coastal weather.
It's definately a bush camp, but the camp kitchen, camp fire area & toilets were all well maintained, clean & accessible. Great value for money.
The hosts were very friendly, helpfull with things to see & do, and were up for a chat about the property & their journey. So good to see a young family so engaged in doing life.
The location was central for exploring the Eyre Peninsula from Elliston to Port Kenny. The cliff drive and beach access on the property made this a unique spot to explore by car, foot & bicycle.

Loved our stay here, felt very quiet, peaceful.
Can be a little dusty on windy days.
Private beach access is great, close to other great lookouts and woolshed cave.
Would return if travelling through the area again.

Cuddle up at Coodlie
From our arrival the owners of Camp Coodlie, Paul and Christina made sure that our 3 night stay would be a great one. We were escorted to the campsite and given a tour of the unique facilities. Paul explained the ‘bucket showers’ and long-drop toilets to those in our group not familiar with their use.
Paul also provided detail on the local sights and access points. Woolshed Cave, The Tub and Talia Cave are all a ‘must see’ - and easily accessible.
The camp kitchen has a massive industrial stov, ample supply of hot water (not for drinking) and plenty of tables & chairs. We had a community camp fire one night - and there’s plenty of wood available on the ground around the campsite.
Paul’s daily visits to check on things and to chat with guests is a fantastic attribute.

Coastal Gem!
Paul & Christina were very welcoming and helpful camp-host throughout our 3 night stay (March ‘24). We were escorted to our campsite and given a tour of the unique facilities - including a huge, well equipped camp kitchen, bucket showers and eco-friendly drop toilets.
Paul visited the campsite a few times each day to service amenities and to provide ‘locally knowledge’ on costal scenery and sites to visit.
Each campsite offers privacy and great accessibility to the facilities. Those looking for a great, authentic outback experience will be in awe of Coodlie. Highly recommended!!

Good location for a rustic bush camp.
Under new and friendly management. The place will benefit from some fresh energy, as it is looking a bit tired.
The swag huts are brilliant, as are the other facilities. However, track in is rough and needs to be graded.
