Winterfest campground is in Biloela in Central Qld nestled beside Kroombit Creek. We are located close to Rockhampton and Gladstone. A beautiful and peaceful spot on a working herb and cattle farm.  Once a year in July the property lights up with a music festival and then quietens back down for the rest of the year. There is toilet facilities, the best ever hot showers, fire pits with wood available to purchase and lots of space. Pets are allowed but must remain on leash and cleaned up after. Winterfest Campground
I recently stayed at a hipcamp campground and had a fantastic experience. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The amenities were also very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of our trip. One of the things that stood out to me the most was how quiet and peaceful the campground was. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. I truly enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings and felt completely at ease during my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hipcamp campground to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The friendly hosts, clean amenities, and quiet atmosphere make it the perfect place for a weekend retreat. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Awesome place! Recommend Winterfest in July. Great spot and dogs loved running round as we had the place to ourselves!

Camping with small kids
A beautiful spot, love the surrounding bush and farm land. We had heaps of space, the kids loved talking to the cows and exploring the creek bed. The facilities are great, one of the best camping showers I've ever seen, great pressure and temperature. We got a load of firewood included, it was really good burning stuff. Good communication from Kim too. We'd go back, probably with friends too.

Great place for our overnight stay. Quiet, well away from the road, nice flat grassy area. Toilet and shower facilities a great bonus.

Had 1 night ground tent camping plenty of room, flat grassed area, shower and flush toilet had the place to ourselves, certainly recommend.

Level sites with lots of shade
Close to town and yet lots of room at campsite - great fire spots and showers rustic but with good pressure.
