Our property is located only 5 minutes north of Coffs Harbour CBD, nestled on the western side of the highway. Base Camp Korora is the perfect location to use as a base to explore everything the Mid North Coast has to offer. Whilst we don't have the bubbling streams or mountain views that some Hipcamp properties have, you won't be able to pass up the convenience and ease of our location. Korora is located just north of Coffs Harbour and our property is 3 acres of lush green lawns with many patches of grass for you to set up camp and explore the local area. We are close to the highway and 10 minute easy walk to the beach. We have a number of fruit trees in a small orchard near the camping area so feel free to help yourself when in season. There's plenty of shade and areas of flat ground suitable for tents, caravans or motor homes. Plenty of turning and towing space and suitable for all vehicles both 2wd and 4wd. You must be fully self sufficient and provide your own power and toilet. We are happy for you to leave rubbish and recycling in the bins provided. Your furry friends are welcome but please note we are not fully fenced so you will need to keep them secure and make sure any dog waste is picked up and disposed of. Due to proximity of the home and neighbours Hipcampers must respect privacy and quiet time from 9pm-7am. Braziers and firewood available during winter months for a $20 fee. Price is for 2 people per night $5 per night per extra person.**LISTING PAUSED DUE TO LOCAL HIGHWAY UPGRADE AND ASSOCIATED NOISE** Caroline and Dene invite you to Base Camp Korora. Base Camp Korora
Great stay will see us again
Nice accommodation, private but still close to the shops if you need to go into town. Hosts friendly and helpful, and we loved being able to make a fire.

Hosts are amazing!
We didn't make it to Caroline's as we took a wrong turn and got stuck. However, Caroline was in contact with us the entire time and even offered us a car, toys for our kids and anything else we might need untill we could get our van back on the correct road. Can't say anything about the property but the hosts are amazing!!! We plan on getting back one day to say thank you!

Base Camp Korora
Convenient lush setting
We loved the Sunshine and setting of Base Camp Korora. It was private and set amongst fruit trees and close off the highway. We managed to fund a level spot which we were grateful for. The driveway in is steep but levels out onto lush green grass. Caroline and Dene were quick to respond to our messages and helpful. I would recommend.

Excellent spot close to town/beach
Excellent spot for a stop over! Close to town and very well manicured grassy spot. Caroline and the kids were lovely and made the process very easy. We will be back for sure!!
