Our beautiful urban location near highway 410 and Bishop's University, directly on St. Francis river, makes it an exceptional starting point for cyclists who want to enjoy the Route Verte path; fish, canoe, kayak or tube the river or simply explore all Sherbrooke has to offer.  Our birdlife is amazing and is a recognized birding location by provincial authorities, especially for swallows and chimney swifts. A fire pit will be made available, in respect of all fire bans, with firewood available for purchase. In 1910, Agriculture Canada set up a research centre that operated until the 1950's. The property was sold to a family that emigrated to Canada from Europe, to set begin a new life post WW2. In 2015, I purchased the property to return it to its roots - regenerative farming, training, hospitality, poverty relief and healthy living. Be our guest at The Farmhouse, a vibrant small-scale farm with a heart for the earth and its people. Some road noise. If you are concerned about the weather, the site provides the use of a 8 sleeper tent trailer for your convenience. During the day, you are welcome to relax in it too. Portable water will be provided, but bring your own drinks if possible. As a bonus treat, you are welcome to sleep in a very HIP camper, a 1980 retro dodge camper van.

It was a really great campsite! Denis is a very good host and was very kind to show me everything. It was a very nice fire pit area and he was kind enough to let me use his lawn chairs and tables. He was also kind enough to let me use his kayaks to go out on the lake which was very beautiful and it's a nice view to wake up to. I highly recommend this place and I would go again.

Weekend Trip to Au Toit Bleu Du Lac Joseph.

Denis and his wife made a us feel welcome to their property. They are exceptionally kind , and even though English was not their first language they went above and beyond to understand stand our conversation. Their property is beautifully taken care of and sits right on the lake shore. The spot for us offered a great view of the lake. The neighbours were all quiet as we did expect party noise from the lake. It was very quiet and pleasant. A fantastic stay and we highly recommend these host.

2 nights at Urban Regenerative Gardens

It's a lovely little farm, dog friendly and the volunteer host is so kind and thoughtful! She picked fresh leaves that have a calming property and gave me a tour of the farm - I saw the chicken coup "she lovingly calls the ladies" and the garden in front is incredible! Amazing river front but I did not have the time to take a dip. Chris is very responsive and allowed me to extend my stay last minute! It's a slice of heaven that is close to everything. Lennoxville lovely village is walking distance!
